I went to this location this afternoon before work. When I got in line there was a young woman at the counter: she didn?t say... hello or anything she just asked me what I wanted. After giving her my drink order she said anything else with a sigh like I wasinconveniencing her. The phone rang while she was helping me and she answered it completely disregarding me. Handed me 3 andsome change didn?t say thank you or have a nice day. Nada. Then when she gave me my food order she shouted my name and my orderthrew my food on the counter and rushed over to help the next customer. My drink was amazing as usual but I don?t just go toStarbucks for the coffee but the experience. I was a partner at Starbucks for over 10 years so I know the expectation when itcomes to giving legendary service. I was having a bad day so I thought some coffee would turn my day around but I just leftmore upset: I usually am not the type to complain but I took her treatment personally.
