It's Starbucks. Busy, as usual. Barista seemed more interested in his phone than making coffee.
Starbucks is always a treat! This must be one of the busiest stores or may seem that way due to the cramped drive up area.
The line took forever and both of our drinks were over an inch short of actual liquid. $7 and I don't even get a full drink. My... partners drink sat for 5 min on the cou ter while the person at the window chatted to a coworker. Management needs to get theirshot together and retrain this stores staff. Read more
I go here for the Pink Mango Dragonfruit with Lemonade drink and usually a little lunch kit with cheese, crackers and fruit!... Yummy! The Staff is quick whether I use the drive-thru or sit inside or outside on the patio. It's smaller than some of theStarbicks but quaint. On my trip this week, I was able to enjoy the change of the Agave plants for the Fall! I'll be makingmore trips back to see how these "asparagus" looking stalks turn into flowering stalks! I went there to purchase a tall tumbler that came out today. i asked nicely if they had the new tumblers. i knew they did i was... there last Saturday. I couldn't purchase one then even though it was on the shelf. the manager on that Saturday didn't know whohad displayed the tumblers that weren't due out. Two of the baristas immediately said we don't have any in rude tones. isaid they were on the shelf last Saturday, they insisted they didn't have any i couldn't understand their rudeness. I didmention calling corporate about this. why didn't they want to sell me a tumbler that came out today? what are protocols? Werethey holding the tumblers for others? were they reserving them? well right away one of the lady's went ahead and pulled 2tumblers from the closet i only wanted one. she mention about their starting shift which is 4:00am for me to mention that tocorporate! your starting time that's not my issue what is you were rude! i wont be going back to that Starbucks maybe get alater shift if the morning doesn't work for you. This used to be a decent starbucks, now your better off going down to circle k. This place is slow, even for basic orders. The... staff seems nice which is why I gave them a 2 star instead of 1 star. Its just not feasible anymore to go here if you're on aschedule. I'll find somewhere else on the way and I recommend that other people do too until they can get it together.. Read more

They are always super nice here and they had no problem remaking a drink another store didn't make correctly!
