Immediately greeted in a friendly manner by the baristas upon entering, and they were ready to help me order as soon as I made... my way to the counter. The barista who took my order didn't require any additional effort to convey my order to, and was quickand accurate. The drink I always have is a venti iced chai with hazelnut and breve (½&½). This is what I get from the chestnut where the heck is the whip cream? what makes me more mad is that I keep looking at my order... online making sure I didn?t put no whip cream but it?s not me it?s you guys! And the only reason why I?m giving at one star isbecause one day I placed an online order and they left my drink on the side someone started it but didn?t even finish and I wasthere for another 30 minutes when I placed an online order I shouldn?t have to be waiting and all they were doing was blamingeach other for it !! ?I?ve been coming to this location every day for almost two years. It used to be great when the old staff was still there. A few... weeks ago all of that staff moved to a new location and this one has gone down hill since. There?s no priority when makingdrinks, they?re inconsistent and completely wrong a lot of the time. Don?t bother putting in a mobile order either because theywon?t check it until you show up. The only good one left is Ally otherwise it?s all bad at this point. I have a coffee problem. I don't like weird, unpleasant tastes in my coffee. Starbucks consistently provides that. (Honestly... that's their brand) Same, consistent, non disappointing experience. Read more
I absolutely love this Starbucks. I have worked at the mall for a long time and I go in here on a daily basis. The staff are... always super polite and outgoing. They make sure that even with the hard to satisfy customers that everyone leaves theirlocation happy! Read more
