Immediately greeted in a friendly manner by the baristas upon entering, and they were ready to help me order as soon as I made... my way to the counter. The barista who took my order didn't require any additional effort to convey my order to, and was quickand accurate. The drink I always have is a venti iced chai with hazelnut and breve (½&½). This is what I get from the chestnut where the heck is the whip cream? what makes me more mad is that I keep looking at my order... online making sure I didn?t put no whip cream but it?s not me it?s you guys! And the only reason why I?m giving at one star isbecause one day I placed an online order and they left my drink on the side someone started it but didn?t even finish and I wasthere for another 30 minutes when I placed an online order I shouldn?t have to be waiting and all they were doing was blamingeach other for it !!
