I only stopped hete to use the restroom. I may have purchased something but was disgusted with the bathroom that I used and the... fact that there was only one usable bathroom as the second one was closed due to some issue. The useable bathroom had only 1stall. There were so many people lined up to use the one bathroom & they were patrons who had bought food or drink. When peopleare spending money...there should be enough working bathrooms for customers. Read more
These drinks aren't cheap and to order a hot grande and receive half the cup filled with foam is ridiculous. I really like this starbucks when it comes to customer service and making really good drinks. The front part of the store looks... great.The reason why I had to knockout some stars is because of cleaniness. The bathroom is a mess, it looks like no one has mopthe floor, clean the toilet, or even refill toilet paper for three days. Read more
Multiple times at this location: my black iced tea with no water is served looking like it came from the swamp. Doesn?t taste... right and shouldn?t look like that. I usually consider experiences like this one-offs but this has been the case every time atthis location. The other concerning and consistent issue is being served luke warm egg bites. Swampy tea and cold food is arecipe for food borne illness. Read more
I love Starbucks literally I am addicted to Starbucks but this??????? This is my shaken espresso... it's almost halfway empty.... Every time I get this shaken espresso it's more empty. At least put extra ice or something to make it look decent, but no!!!!! I paid $6 for a half a cup!!!!!!!! Too bad I'm stuck at work otherwise I would go get a refund and let them know this is notacceptable come on they are not cheap!!!! Read more
My drink was really good and well made. My only issue is the drive through and the lack of direction it has for being super... long. I drove around the building next to it to get in the back of the line and by the time I got there, a whole other line wasforming. Arrows or something would be great. Read more
Staff are consistently kind, but you need to have a staff member open the bathroom which sucks. Also the bathrooms have been... trashed every time I've been here. Good place to meet people. Read more
