I only stopped hete to use the restroom. I may have purchased something but was disgusted with the bathroom that I used and the... fact that there was only one usable bathroom as the second one was closed due to some issue. The useable bathroom had only 1stall. There were so many people lined up to use the one bathroom & they were patrons who had bought food or drink. I really like this starbucks when it comes to customer service and making really good drinks. The front part of the store looks... great.The reason why I had to knockout some stars is because of cleaniness. The bathroom is a mess, it looks like no one has mopthe floor, clean the toilet, or even refill toilet paper for three days. Read more
