This Starbucks used to have 3 comfortable chairs, but no longer. Only hard chairs that make hanging out while you sip your mocha... no fun. The bathrooms are also locked and you have to ask permission to use one. They won't even give you the door codeanymore. They have to come over and let you in like a little kid. I used to like this one but no more. Read more
Coffee was terrible. Missed several ingredients and were very slow. Not the first bad experience here but will be the last.
They've Gotten My Order Right Everytime. There Hasn't Been A Time That I've Stopped By That They Haven't Been Courteous.

Loved this place for a long time, until recently. They have gone completely down hill, to the point where today they shut the... lobby down because for some reason they were only staffed with three people? along with this they shut off their mobile appordering all together, and it has been off for weeks. I don?t understand how on a Friday morning the lobby is open and eightplus employees are working, seemingly not busy or rushed at all, and on a Saturday morning you have the lobby shut down anddrive through only. We walk the neighborhood and then head to Starbucks, bikers come through on their way home from rides, etc?how can they utilize your drive-thru? When I called in to the store to ask what was going on, I was hung up on, and then had tocall back. Management and corporate is to blame for the continued issues at this store. Read more
