This location needs to work on speed and quality. never have I ever gotten a hot dog like this from sonic. The toppings are... lacking and on one side it appears to be crispy or burnt. I usually like going to sonic too. Read more
30+ minutes for three drinks AND I ordered online PLUS one of those drinks was WATER... if you are looking for a quick meal or... drink stop.. You know, a fast food place.. go legit ANYWHERE else. Edit to add... and one of the drinks was wrong. I give up. Read more
The Sonic at 2222 Broadway has all But shut down. Closes at 7PM. Even on the weekends. Guess it just isn?t doing the business it... did before. ODD, it was closed for a few months during the construction. They put new signage in but no more late service. Andby that I mean after the sun goes down. Since I can?t post another review. 10/4/2022 Went to get my in app special. App dideverything but let ME PAY. I deleted the app and reloaded. NOTHING. 2 nice young men ( and they are hard to find) one namedConnor. Had a blue surfer shirt and another OVER ACCOMMODATING man In a red shirt went OVER AND ABOVE for customer satisfaction.I need to return so I can tip them. Best 2 people I?ve seen in a Long time. THEY GAVE ME WARM.... W A R M SPRITE. Sick. Gross. Don't go there. My review is a little dramatic. But first off they told me... they were out of iced tea, so I asked for Dr Pepper... which they said they didn't have the syrup for...? So I asked for asprite. Apparently they ran out of ice because I took one sip of that sprite and chucked it into the trash. How appalling tothink anyone would want to drink warm sprite, not even cold with no ice... Sooo glad this location is back open ???? Came here for lunch on 9/15/22 and had only the best experience. ????????????????I... ordered easily through the APP and paid the same way. Tipping is now avail through the APP. The staff were friendly, courteousand clean!! My order was made perfectly and quite tasty as what you'd expect Sonic to taste like. I went in at 7:50pm the store closes at 9pm after waiting 5 minutes for a response that person tell me that the drive in are... closed because they are closing. I then proceed to drive through the same person say welcome please hold. Keep in mind I?m theonly person there. After waiting another 2 minutes I decide to drive off. Today?s experience was very negative. On our lunch, myself and a coworker went to sonic. We parked in a stall, pushed the button... to order and waited more than 10 minutes. During this time, I downloaded the app, created an account, and placed an order forour food. Once we place the online order, I notified what stall we were located in. We still waited 27 minutes before I had togo in to the entrance to ask for the status of the food. They brought our food to us, and we had to rush out of there becauseour lunch break was almost over. When we received our food, the fries and the tater tots were extremely old and cold. It was avery disappointing experience. Read more
Melissa (Idk how to spell it) has an attitude beyond belief. Why she works there when she can't do it without being outright... rude to customers is beyond me. She obviously hates her position but now runs the place? No wonder this place is going downhill. They keep employees who are terrible at their job for some reason. I knew someone that worked there. Excellent serviceevery time. Come to find out he's not working there cause he spoke up about how things were being ran here. ???? Hey if youwant to support a failing business and get lack luster food with a side of attitude, this is the place to be.
