Always out of onion rings which is very frustrating because that's basically the only thing I actually go there for. But since... they've been out of onion rings for basically the last 2 years I find it curious that they could not at least as a courtesy puta sign on the drive-thru menu that says sorry out of onion rings so I don't have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes behindother cars just to find out that they don't have the one thing that I really wanted. But on the plus side the poor guy that tookmy order was very polite and he deserves some kudos for having to put up with that. Read more
***CORRECTION*** ***ZERO STARS*** It's extremely unfortunate (for my SONIC loving family) that this disgrace of a restaurant is... our closest location. We love the cream slushes, but the slush machine here is NEVER working. We love the fried treats, buteverytime we order something, anything from the fryer here, it's burnt. Even we we ask that they cook it a little bit less, theysay they will but never do. And who doesn't love the chili cheese coneys? We sure do, but not from this location. The chili andthe dogs are always burnt. Like they've been cooking for hours and hours, even at lunch time. Tonight was my last straw. Icalled ahead of time to make sure the slush machine was fixed. I was told it was working fine. So I made the 10 minute driveonly to be told that the slush machine was down and had been for weeks. They told me the girl who told me that had only beenthere 2 days and didn't know. Again, she'd been there TWO WHOLE SHIFTS and didn't know the slush machine was down. I will notbe returning to this location and I will ward anyone wanting to visit this site away to a different one. Read more
Really need a Zero star option. Stopped here for a late dinner 8:00 PM. Ordered basic things. Cheeseburger, chicken sandwich,... chili dog and tots for three. 5 cars were are various stalls. 30 minutes later I lost it and just got an employee to void myorder and left. 30 minutes no food and watched them not serving anyone. Hated this place!! My Dad, brother, and I came here to order food. And let me tell you. Don't go here! The service is slow and... the people who work here are impatient and careless. We waited over 30 mins til we finally gave up and left. Sonic use to be myfavorite fast food place but after this experience, I'm good. Read more
Love the breakfast sandwiches. Delicious! Most items on the menu are. We love that they still have the tiny pebble size ice in... the sodas. They are one of the few places that still do other than a few gas stations. Always friendly staff too Read more
I don't expect much from fast food places but this was a bit worse than I expected, the lady at the drive thru was polite, but... it took an unusually long time for our order. And once we got our food it was cold. The cheese in the grilled cheese burgerwasn't even melted ! Read more
Went today with my grandson to order a number one and a wacky pack the French fries were disgusting in the wacky path and I... asked for no mayo or ketchup but to add mustard on the 1 They overdid it with the mustard I think they were being a little dumbthat was a waste of money for the food that I spent today. This location has really gone downhill. Nearly all of the drive up boards don't work. We found one that did and still had to... wait nearly an hour for our app order. Finally had to wave down someone delivering another order and it still took another 10minutes after that. Read more
