I?m just mad that the DoorDash menu has been messed up for months and you can?t get regular milkshakes. Plus you have to order... at least a large? For everything! Why? It?s not like they?re out of things because the menus been like this for months. Not sureif it?s a DoorDash issue or a Sonic issue but you?d think they?d do something about it.. Read more
I used the app and got a free item which was great! The food we got was good! The only thing I didn't like was they only had one... person working all the stalls!! So, when I ordered a couple of sodas it took way to long to receive them!! Other than that Sonichas a great menu!! Read more
Ordered the #10, chicken sandwich with tater tots, tots were dehydrated and had the consistency of styrofoam, the sandwich... wasn't any better. Tasted like it was made yesterday and left in the parking lot. The tomatoes were hot and the chicken wasn't.The bun was like rubber. Will not be returning. Read more
HORRIBLE. EVERYTIME I come here, something goes wrong and I have a bad experience. Sometimes they mess up the order, other times... they're out of what I want, I've even had times where the employees forgot I took an order, I waited for at least an hour. Morerecently, no matter what time of day I've gone, the restaurant has been closed. I've seen "out of order" signs put up on everdrive in parking, and a huge truck parked on the middle of the drive through, while the employees goof off inside. Dirty, slow, and wrong. On a main thoroughfare, so no excuse for this place to be so ghetto. Took literally over 10 minutes for... 1 shake and 1 drink at a non-busy time. The Sonic app said the location was closed, the screen didn't work, so couldn't pay atthe car, and I ordered a slush (and was charged for it), but was given a regular limeade. When I asked how long it would takethem to make it right, the server said he didn't know, and the manager was already inside throwing a fit. Since I couldn't waitany longer, I had to leave. Parked and had dinner on 04/23/22, first time in many years! The ordering was painless, and the food was average. I'm not a big... fan of eating in the car but they also have a drive thru and tables if you don't park and eat. The chicken strip basket use tocome with gravy and mine came with zero dipping sauces. Prices are a bit high but I will be back again to try a burger or Coneydog next time. Read more
We parked but couldn't order at the kiosk software was down. We ordered at the drive thru. The lady on the speaker very nice.... And the lady at the window to pick up our order was very nice as well. They were very busy but they took care of everyone with asmile ???? Read more
