I love this location. Service is usually good and it's generally not a busy spot at any time of the day. They serve one of my... top three burgers in Tucson. Had a Baja Cobb salad for the first time ever, added grilled chicken, and didn't speak more than 3words to my wife until it was gone! Highly recommend it!! Read more

The food was good. We went in on a Tuesday to take advantage of their "kids eat free" offer. It wasn't to busy. One small family... ahead of me. We made similar orders but not exactly the same. I had ordered more food and only burgers. An employee came to ourtable and put down the first two plates. They were correct but came out before the other families order. When he returned withthe rest of the food, I realized that he had given us the other families order. When I tried to bring it to his attention, helooked at me like I was speaking a different language. I had to insist on him taking the food back or to the correct table,assuring him that it was not ours. No other issues but to be completely honest, I know people like roast before work and that'scool with me. Just don't get so high, you can't interact with customers. Read more
They have great food as always. But their service is disgustingly horrible. Employees look like it's a pain in the ass to help... you. They talk back to you. I had some chick the other day on her phone when I walked up and didn't say anything til shefinished texting, then said what do you want? The wait is typical for good food. But I am disgusted by the people that workhere. At my last visit I was pissed til Ernesto brought my food out from the back and served me my food. He was veryprofessional and helpful. I got an avocado bacon burger which came out barely warm, the bacon was thick and 4 strips covers the burger, the avocado was... paper thin and I couldn't taste it, the burger patty was thin and could only be well-done. Fried pickles came out cold, thebreading was just right in thickness and stayed stuck to the the pickle chips, would have been excellent hot! Stopped by on a Saturday, the place was clean and well kept. The food was good. Fresh meat and bacon. We ordered the thin... french fries with Ranch Dip and they too were great. Keep going Tucson, We need more east side dining choices. Read more
I had the Arizona burger my first time. Meat was excellent quality and tasted great. The olive oil and rosemary fries were good... too as well as the milk shake. Old fashion malt style. Price is just above fast food but worth every penny. The place was cleanand the cashier was very polite. I will go here again. Read more
Update: Closed. Guess the rest of the reviews were right. Now have to go to the one on broadway and alvernon. Still great... though. Orignial reveiw: Not sure why all the low-star reviews. I've eaten at this location countless times and the experienceis always fantastic. Food is hot and the wait is typical. The cashier is always friendly and we've never had an order messed up.I always get the grilled chicken avocado club and it's the best thing they make. Smash fries are amazing. This is our go-toplace for dinner on date nights. The shakes are awesome too, don't forget about those! Read more
