Absolutely glad I stopped by smashburger as it has been forever and a day since I are here! I went with the classic double... smash, but a single patty. Also got the smash fries that has rosemary and garlic! Wow! Such a delicious combo! The seasoningsare not overly powerful and the fries had such a nice and light crunch, so good! The burger meat itself is very high quality,but a little on the thin side, so I should've got the double! I know that for the next time. Otherwise everything wasgood--especially the service as Chelsea was so nice and kind. Also, she encouraged me to fill out the survey, so I was able toget my fries for free--yes!! I enjoy stopping in only once in a while to enjoy their gluten free options and my favorite is the sweet potatoes fries. If it... weren't for the fries I would probably go less just because of the cost. A burger the sweet pot. Fries and a drink set me back$23.00!!! Ouch. The food was good but that's tooooo much. I won't be spending that kind of cash on a splurge again in a while. I think from now on I will stick to the fries . They're worth the cost. Alanis is a joke and should not be working customer service. I stood at the cash register of an empty restaurant for 10 minutes... before even being greeted. Then watched her B.S with employee on their lunch and ran around the restaurant cleaning instead oftaking my order. Took 13 minutes standing at the counter to even place my order then another 10 to get it. There were 3 othercustomers when I arrived that all had their food already. I paid $15 for bad customer service and an attitude because I tippedexactly what she deserved. ZERO. They don't need my money and I'll definitely be spending it elsewhere. Awesome customer service and good food.
If you?re wanting curb side like they advertise DO NOT go to this location. The lady who I called was super rude. She stood at... the Front door and motion for me to walk to her to pick up my order and then didn?t even have the entire order ready for me towalk to her to get. I then asked her if I had to walk to her and she proceeded to get another employee to bring my order to mecurbside. They both gave me dirty looks and the second woman was extremely condescending and fake after her and the otherelderly woman both glared at each other because I requested curbside. I?m not sure if they were just ready to go home for theday or what but this interaction means I will not be coming back here. I?m a first timer and a Buddhist and I usually leave only positive reviews, so for me to leave a negative, it has to be bad.... Whomever made them must have been in a rush or something. Nothing on it that was listed on the ticket. It was, however, smashed.So, I guess they lived up to their name. I?m very sorry but I was very disappointed. Didn?t even get the fries. Fries usuallymake people happy even if there is a mistake. I know your job is hard and tiresome but please take pride in your work. Thank youfor your time but I won?t be eating here again. I always have great service here and food is always good. Staff is very friendly, gives great customer service, staff washes... their hands, the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. I want to give a big shout out to Alanis for great customer service, positiveattitude and for cleanliness. I let the general manager know, he was also very friendly. Read more
Their workers are incredibly rude. Very poor customer service and manager needs better resolution skills. I came in with my... girlfriend willing to spend near $50 and could not even get my order out because of their arrogant, interrupting staff. Theresathe manager did little to compensate and had me take a picture of a scan code instead of giving me corporates number- and alsostruggled to give me her own name. Will not ever go to a smash burger again after this experience. Read more
