Everything was PERFECT! Got the cowboy cut prime rib and a full rack. The zucchini was amazing. The tea tasted fresh. 10/10.

What can I tell you. Get over here! It?s kitschy, locally owned - staff is amazing! Friendly and service abound. Really enjoyed... the super star service! Wow! My lover and I enjoyed the 24 oz Porterhouse. With plenty to take home. Side of delicious, savorypinto beans, dinner roll, 1-trip salad bar (no sharing, we purchased an extra salad) and loaded baked potato. The potato washot, creamy and robust with flavor - loaded of course. Go big!! Strong recommendation to dine her. True locally owned gem. Doyourself a favor, call for reservations and be seated in Melissa?s area. She is an outstanding server! Read more

Old school. Steak, salad, and potatoes. Good service and good food. I?m not a potato girl, but those steak fries were perfect,... crispy on the outside and steamy on the inside. Am also not a desert girl, but the Mud Pie is a must. Come early or get areservation because even on a weekday, this place is hopping! Thanks to Karen for great service. Read more

I?m always stoked when I find a great place to eat. The Silver Saddle is a gem-in-the-rough so to speak. A massive neon sign... marks the spot, an unassuming joint from the exterior. But, as soon as you pull those heavy doors your senses are assaulted by a sweet comhination of burnt wood and meat. That immediately gave me a good feeling about the place. As shown in the photos, youcan see the steaks pilling up on the open grill smack in the middle of the main wing of the restaurant. I had the prime rib, oneof my favorite dishes, and I have to say that this one here is perhaps my alltime favorite. They did something ?extra? with theaging process, a bit of blackened herb seasoning and sometiing else, that puts the flavor above and beyond anyone else so farfor me. The service was good, the sides where ok, but the meats where out of the park. will be back! Read more

We ordered tthe New York Steak and a full Rack of Ribs. They were DELICIOUS!!! They were warm with a good charcoal taste from... the grill and cooked exactly as we requested. The staff were very friendly and our waitress, Camire, was excellent, alwaysmaking sure we had whatever we needed and coming around ofter to refill our drinks. The steak dinners come with either bakedpotatoes or steak fries as well as a very delicious French onion soup , salad or soup of the day. It comes with cowboy beans and warm butter rolls with they can bring more at any time. The ambiance was just a tad dark but it looks like this is rhe way ithas always been. They have a celebrity visitor photo of Adam Sandler as well. Covid protocols were in place for guests andstaff. Read more

Our group of four had dinner here. We were weekending in the Tucson-Elgin-Bisbee area. Made reservations four days ahead and I'm... so glad we did because the wait time for call-ins and walk-ins was 30-45 minutes. We were seated immediately at our reservedtime of 6:00 PM. Few restaurants accept reservations these days. The Silver Saddle is the exception and is a throw-back to steakhouses in the 1960s-1970s. They do steak right. And they are geared to serve hundreds of customers every night. Service isphenomenal. The food is great. Silver Saddle doesn't hide cheap cuts of meat under a mountain of salt or seasonings. Our steakswere served without seasoning which lets the great flavor come through. Salads were crisp and cold. The loaded baked potato wasa meal in itself. My French Onion Soup was outstanding. The service from my server, Christian, was phenomenal. He came to my table within minutes and was immediately ready to take my... order. He also had the complete meal out within ten minutes. The food itself loved up the hype. I had the Cowboy Cut of PrimeRib and it was a high quality piece of meat that was perfectly cooked. I will definitely roast this experience whenever I'm inTucson.
