This place should probably be more like 3.5 stars. The food which is the most important part is never bad. It is good enough... that despite the negatives of this place I have gone back. Besides the food being pretty decent, the negatives really make menot love this place. To start, the prices are not good. Paying 10 plus dollars for a sandwich to be given a bag of chips is nota good deal. Besides it not being a very good value for what you get, you also have the long wait time for your food to show up.Lastly are the employees. They never seem very inviting and that is probably the biggest complaint. When you have a semidisgruntled employee group and then the food takes forever to be made it feels like they don't care about the food you are aboutto put in your body. We love this place, even if the selection was modified for the pandemic. The burgers are great, the pizza the kids love and I... love to eat the left over slices. The salads are great, order a single or a large one to share. My favorite is the tater totsand potato salad, always spot on. The beer selection is on point, lots of handles to choose from. You can even enjoy it at home,just order ahead and swing in and pick it up. Read more

Always loved their food, but haven?t had a good experience at this location. Waited almost an Hour for food, pizza wasn?t hot at... all, cheese wasn?t melted all the way and they didn?t take the the wrap off the ham for the pizza. Had to peel it off? ugh Read more

The fries are the best. They didn't have any onion rings. It was only our 2nd time at a serial grillers, first time at this one.... I like having the patio dining option. The guy at the register was very helpful and super nice. The girl that brought our foodout was kind of rude. I guess she thought it was too much to ask for ketchup. Like everyone should already know we have to getit ourselves "OVER THERE!" The food was really good, the Vanilla Porter was super yummy. We will go back. I know where theketchup is now. Read more

Shockingly small sandwich. Fancy hotdog size bun for $10. Stood in line to get another overpriced beer and gave up after 15... minutes with only 2 people in front of me. PBR beer on the menu for $6.25 for 12oz..... your crazy. Will not be going back. Read more

I give it three stars because the food is delicious. Unfortunately the service lacks big time and that is why I am giving it 2... stars. While I was there workers were hanging out in the back and it was slow but I saw someone walkin and leave because theywere waiting for so long to order and a girl needed help with a spill and she cleaned it up herself and another couple wait 3minutes to be greeted and order food. The food and atmosphere is amazing but poor customer service unfortunately outweighs allthat. Read more
