You have to order your own individual pizza if you want fresh. The stuff sitting under the heat lamp is usually dried up... looking. The girl that is always there definitely has no customer service skills. I'm sure her bad attitude has lost youbusiness. Why does no one ever answer the phone? Why does it always close early when it's supposed to close at 7:00? I've beenthere at 5:45 and no one's there. The last large pepperoni pizza I bought was horrible. I don't know what they did or didn't do.I'm going to assume it was probably because it was about an hour before closing. I recommend you don't go here for dinner. Read more
Okay I have to say...We have had a lot of Pizza claiming to be authentic New York Pizza but this restaurant has fit the bill.... This is hands down the best pizza I've had and that's saying a lot considering my husband is from NYC. We will be ordering fromyou again! Great job!!! Read more
Today 12-03-21 I took my daughter to her favorite pizza place. She didn't like one if her cheese slices because she said it... tasted old and I told her I would get her another slice. I went up to asked for one and the guy put it in to heat up. Then hetook out another fresh pizza. I asked can I have a piece of that one instead? He rolled his eyes at me. And I asked him "Are yourolling your eyes at me?" He ignored me. His General manager was right there and I asked him are you going to say anything orapologize. He said no he didn't see him roll his eyes with lots of attitude. And then he said fine I will talk to him later. Theeye roller came over and said if I rolled my eyes I'm sorry. NO! NOT ACCEPTED SINCE HIS APOLOGY WAS WITH ATTITUDE. I was noteven trying to get a refund on the first piece. I was just going to order another. I hate asking for refunds on food so I neverdo. Keep in mind this was the general manager and the team lead behaving this way. I am I'm the business of customer service andsales. I would never tolerate anyone treating a client/customer like that. It is clear to see he has learned his customerservice from his General Manager. Read more
Pizza is ok. Overpriced, counter girl needs to het a personality or be educated that her salary comes from the customers she... gives attitude to. Also, picked up our pizzas at 6:05 pm, and she immedistely turned all the lights off. They are supposed to beopen until 7 pm. Guess that explains, at least partially, why they never answer the phone when you try yo call at just after 6pm for a pick-up. Used to be great service, new employees just don't care. Read more
Food was okay but the service was terrible. The lady in the store has an attitude and she behaves like I owe her a million... dollar. I went there for a Spinch Stromboli and a slice of Pizza Hawaii, and they were overpriced. They also gave me a hard timechecking out. Their card reader is so old fashioned that I could not use chip or Apple Pay. I had to go back to my car in a 100degree summer to grab another card, and the rude lady asked me to wait in the line again. Bu the time I finished my shopping myfood was already cold, and they refused to heat I up again. Moreover they didn?t have me any napkin so I have to go back to askfor few! Worst dining experience ever in a shopping mall food court. I will suggest any one go to Tucson Mall Food Court insteadoof here. It is cheaper and the service is better. Read more
The pizza is sooo good! One of my faves! Good, fast service too! I just wish they were open a bit later.
