Unless you go to the one at park place mall then I would have to say a 4 or 3 for service. Most the workers there try to rush... through the orders so fast that this end up not seeing the extra chicken and they don't add the extra sauce. So I used to love coming to this place it used to always be my fav until lately the service has been trash and they just never... have the items on the menu! It seems like they are always out of sushi but it on the menu? I can?t tell if they just don?treceive the stuff to make it or are too lazy to make it. Regardless they should either put a sign or take it off the menu ifthey are never going to have it! Also today I ordered on my l lunch break and as I walk up to order the girl at the register wasin FaceTime on her phone I get it was slow but still and she proceeds with telling me that on the menu they are out of a lot ofthings! Today at 5:40pm I was the last person in line and one of the guys pulled the rope in front of me only and said "we're closed".... And I said "I'm the only person that doesn't get to order?" And he said "we're closed." If there were 10 people behind me, Iunderstand because you have to draw the line somewhere. Also, it wasn't 5:59, it was 5:40. 20 minutes before they close. I ordered fried rice for all four of my orders, but I received white rice for all of them instead. They charge you $0.50 for... fried rice. This is the second time that this happened to my orders. The teriyaki chicken portions are really good, especiallysince I order double meat for all of them. I'm just annoyed by the fact that they don't read the orders right before making itand giving it out to the customers. 2 stars for the meat portion ? Read more

Very good Teriyaki chicken and veggies. While in the Park Place Mall, browsing a few stores on our days off, my husband and I... decided to stop at the food court and get some lunch. We have had Sarku, in the past, while shopping at Park Place Mall but ithad also been a while since we have eaten their Teriyaki Chicken. We were both hungry and it sounded good so headed to the lineat Sarku. "Two Orders of the teriyaki chicken and veggies with white rice, please. Double meat" I would always recommend thedouble meat for the courses you order. Make sure, if you like it to have them add a little more of the sauce when they haveplated your meal. Oh yeah, grab a little Siracha to give it some heat....my husband, being Latin, loves the heat so he grabs acouple. We always get two bottled waters to quench the thirst. When shopping at Park Place Mall, and you need or want a quickbut filling lunch, give Sarku a try.
