I had the birria cheesecrisp burger and wife had the birria burro. Both of them were juicy and flavorful, and dipping them in... the consomé makes them that much better. The cheese inside the burger wasn't super crispy, but the sauce was fantastic. On aprevious visit, I tried the birria ramen and enjoyed it as well, but the wait can be very long during lunches. In one word I'll describe my experience.... YUMMMMMMMMMMMY!!! Coming from Portland OR where we are the per capita Food Cart... city... I've tried a lot of New twists on old school Foods. This place kinda reminded my of that. They do things a littledifferent but in a Delicious way. I had the 5 rolled chicken tacos with the rojos sauce and 1 Carne asada street taco. There's no bells and whistles, you order, grab a tableunder the patio, and pick up your food at the counter when it's ready. Service was very friendly and fast.
