They made my sandwich wrong twice; treated me like garbage and lied. Two separate employees were nasty to me. They used being... busy as an excuse?even though there was not one person in line when I got there. I was so upset that I threw my sandwich away?soif they spat in it (which they likely did)?at least I didn?t end up eating it. They made the person I was having lunch with?ssandwich wrong too. After seeing how I was treated, she didn?t bother asking for hers to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and havelunch elsewhere. Read more

This is an amazing place to eat at! I love the broccoli and cheddar soup. With the crackers is amazing. They are always so nice... and great service. I recommend it to everyone they have salads, sandwiches, and soups. Read more
Food was wonderful. I recommend trying a wreck with the works. The vegetable soup was one of the best out n about soups I've had... in awhile. Ill have to head back to tuscon in colder weather just to eat it again Awesome employees. My aunt is allergic tochicken and when she asked about the potato soup having chicken they printed an ingredient list for her so she could avoid anepi pen incident. Thank you. Everyone STOP! This place is really good! The wreck with the works... (everything) is bar none amazing Good savory and tangy... with just the right amount of spice. Honestly I don?t know what all the people on Yelp are talking about the workers here aresuper nice, and even joked around with my grandpa! He says it?s a really Neet place. So yeah check it out! This restaurant really caught me by surprise. I had see it driving up and down Broadway but never thought about visiting. Well... I'm really sad it took so long to visit. The store looks charming and the food was great. Was suggested the Turkey Club from themost friendly employee as a first time and paid it with some Broccoli Cheese soup. I've been eating it Potbelly's since the original store in Chicago on Lincoln avenue Yesterday we stopped into the Broadway... location in Tucson with my friend who had never been there before picked up a sandwich and a salad and went for a picnic Thesandwich was just as good as always The quality of the bread is always exceptional My friend really enjoyed her blue cheesecrumble salad The only thing that we found that was different is that you have eliminated the small little cups with thedifferent salads pasta salad coleslaw etc these work really perfect accompaniments for your sandwiches please consider bringingthem back Read more
