This place has gone steadily downhill for the last year. Most of the employees could care less about your experience there. I go... there hoping things will change and they do, for the worse. Cold Spicy Chicken sandwich tonight with a sweet tea that wasn'tsweet. The fries were actually decent tonight but that's what got the score to 2. I used to eat here 3 or 4 times a week. Asit's gotten worse I've reduced that to once every couple of weeks. Nobody seems to care about this business....particularly themanagement. They've lost my business tonight, officially. Read more
They were out of fries. They were out of ranch and honey mustard dressing. I ordered chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches.... They were very good. I also ordered popcorn shrimp. They were dried out. They smelled of old oil, terrible. No one could eatthem. They shouldn't sell food in that condition. I don't want to go back. Read more
Terrible experience here. I blame both the store staff but also who ever set up the 'special offer" Big Box. I saw the... advertisement when we went in the store and said "I'll take that". My wife ordered the two piece meal. When our order came itwas two , two-piece meals, with an extra side. "Where's my dessert I asked"?, "that's a big box plus" they said. " that's what Iordered I replied", "well, you got a big box , not the big box plus". Stupid, confusing and borderline cheating..cause I stillhad to pay for a drink. Not going back here Read more

Today, on 09/10/2022, my family went to this Popeyes for dinner 5:38pm. Our experience started with us having to wipe down our... table ourselves because all of the tables were dirty. After waiting for our food for 30 minutes, an employee brought out a trayof food. My kids started eating the French fries on the tray, we realized that it wasn't even our order, and alerted theemployee. They took the tray back to the kitchen and immediately gave it to a different customer, even though my childrenalready touched the good. We waited an additional 30 minutes (60 minutes total) for them to make the correct order for us. Whenthe employee brought out the food, there were no plates or utensils on the tray. We asked the employee for some, she left andnever came back. My father then went to the counter to see what was going on. They gave him plates, but said they were out ofutensils. Since we werent even able to eat our food, unless we were to eat our smashed potatoes and coleslaw with our fingers,he asked for a refund, and the employees told him that they couldn't give him a refund until they called their manager forpermission. So we then had to wait and leave until they were able to reach the manager via phone to give us a refund. I am sodisappointed thaty family had to deal with this place. Read more
Chicken sandwich was good. One side of the menu is not working so you don?t know what they have. They had a shortage on sauces... so not cocktail sauce is available but they did not say anything until the shrimp was done and I asked for some. The saucepackets they did have were a mess. If they had sauces or let you know when you ordered it would have been better. They alsoshould have a menu available to see what they have. Read more
I ordered to go food from inside, 11 piece tenders meal, she offered to split spicy and original so I wouldn't wait long, ha... still waited 20 mins. Not really the issue I'll wait for some fresh chicken problem is the food I waited 20 minutes for lookedand tasted like it was from lunch. Crusty cheese on top of the Mac, not the good crust either, mash was cold and chicken wasrubbery from being in the window too long. So I paid 30 bucks for old food. Don't go here spend 30 bucks at KFC instead. Read more
Drove 10 miles in to get my wife and I to each get a 4 piece meal. Unfortunately it was to go so when we got home and opened... our bag we were very disappointed to find only two piece chicken meals! Tried to call them but no-one would answer the phone. Check your orders before leaving! Read more
