I consistently order the same (12) mild chicken tenders every Saturday. Every time I go to this place, I have an issue. I don't... even eat the food. My son eats the chicken. Poor customer service. The staff are confrontational. Wait times for the chickentenders varies from eight to 20 minutes. I can't stand the poor customer service, but my son loves the chicken tenders.Additionally, I went to two other Popeye's restaurants and the customer service was equally just as poor. I just want to say my sisters and I received superior customer service by Todd Miller at the 7111 E 22nd Street Popeye's in... Tucson last Sunday 09/25/22. I had called at 10:00 AM to place an order for (3) 16- piece chicken meals. We needed to pickthose up at 12:30 for a family birthday. Todd was very professional and very accommodating over the phone as well as in personwhen we arrived to pick up the food. He packed up the food and put all of the sides into a cup cardboard holder which made itso much easier to transport to the party. Thanks again Todd for making our experience so easy!! We all work hard for our money so if im spending it in ur establishment at least give me what i paid for. Put me in a book why... so u can spit in my food. This is what I paid 17.00 for what a joke it's bundled up breading and half eaten shrimp no nohushpuppies. And the rice wasn't cooked. The staff was dirty like wash urself kinda dirty man go anywhere but 22nd the onlyplace in town running out of food and there's no covid it's horrible!!!!!!!! Read more

5 star customer service. My family meal was missing biscuits when I arrived home yesterday. I called them and the manager took... my name and asked me to stop by today. I figured they would give me the biscuits but was pleasantly surprised when theyreplaced the entire meal!!! I am a happy customer and happy customers keep coming back. I ordered a regular not spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were great. I opened the sandwich at home and took a big... bite. My mouth was on fire! It was a spicy sandwich. I could not eat it. Very disappointed I wasted five dollars on something Icould not eat. Very sad. Read more

I order two of the two can dine meals. When I receive my order, I only have 7 fries with 1 order and 9 in my other order. When I... asked the lady with red hair color on her neck and arms was this considered two orders of fries, she said that they are notallowed to fill the bags anymore. So the past few times I have been here were terrible and I drove away without ordering die to terrible customer service/ manager... service. So I went back one last time because the Churches on Broadway and Pantano was even worse and wouldn't even come to thebox to let you order. So anyway, I came and ordered, and the guy said he couldn't understand me and to speak slower. So I did.And he repeated the order back to me in a very rude and condescending way. So I asked to talk to a manager, and someone whoclearly was not a manager came to window and apologized, saying he heard it and thought it was completely unprofessional. Soanyway, I pay for my $41 worth of food, get home, and the order is completely incorrect, and to top it off, the dirty rice thatthey were offering, limited time, was literally the worst thing I have ever tasted. Today my family went to drive thru for take out and had our order incorrectly. We were charged a extra sandwich and so I went... back in to tell the manager he was rude and aggressive towards me. He didn?t help me at all only argued with me about whathappened and then he was trying to give me 4 dollars out of his wallet instead off fixing the issues. Also it was disgustingdirty and nobody wearing gloves. The food was old and not fresh. This isn?t the first time this has happened with Popeyes!
