We ordered a 10 piece dinner. We asked for half original and half spicy, and the chicken was not separated it was all in the... same box. I asked how we would know which was spicy and which wasn't. The cashier said the spicy was darker than the original.It looked all the same color to me, the manager and 2 employees looked in the box and they couldn't disquish which was whicheither and then they walked away. I felt like they were basically saying, "Oh well, it's your problem that we didn't do our jobright." So I had to guess on which one was original to give to my 4 yr old. It turns out that the whole box was spicy. Not oneof us had a piece that wasn't spicy. I spent $65 to be frustrated when the whole purpose of dining out was to be hassel free. Read more
Customer service is completely sub-par, management is completely awful and now they charge extreme prices for their tiny sauce... packets that their never able to bring the correct amount even when you tell them and now have to pay for them. When weoriginally came here our order would be around $40, and now it was well over $80. Never planning to come here again. Read more
I love Popeyes, but this location needs to work on availability and getting the order correct. They often run out of items, the... order is wrong too much, and good luck getting something simple like dip/honey. Multiple times I have been given a single honeypacket for an order with multiple biscuits. More times I have been given no honey unless I ask for it. The other day I went inand they did not have ranch. It stinks because I was so happy we got one in Rita Ranch. Read more
I'd give no stars but sadly that's not an option. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordered our food and on the site... it said go pick up right after it was sent. The woman (more than likely the manager on shift) told my husband to come back 30minutes later after he arrived to pick up our order that said it was ready. My husband leaves and goes back at the time shesaid. When he arrived she was in the store talking about my husband being late. Don't run your mouth when you messed our orderto begin with. We will never go back to this establishment. And as for the customer service coming feom someone who's workedcustomer service for the past 10 years I'd work on your attitude and not taking about customers while open. Absolute trash Read more
9 months ago I gave this Popeyes a 2. You can read that review below. HOWEVER! Over the past couple months I have been here 3... time and each time my service has been quick. The orders were correct and the food quality great! The staff are super friendlyand helpful!! So as you can see I have changed my review from a two earlier on now to a five! I don't know if management oremployees or both were changed but you guys are doing a great job and I'll be back more often! Old review: I have been to theRita Ranch Popeyes more than a dozen times since it opened and only one time was my order correct. And that one time I had towait 20 minutes out front to get it. This recent visit, I ordered a 4 pc combo with Mashed potatoes. As you can see in the pic,there were no potatoes and the chicken was the smallest chicken pcs I have ever seen. I received 3 tiny chicken legs and Ibelieve the other tiny part was a thigh. The biscuit (normal size) was larger than the chicken legs put together! (So much fortomorrow's lunch left overs...) I hate leaving bad reviews and I love promoting local businesses, but unless I hear that Popeyes(Rita Ranch) is doing better, I won't be back. Read more
They do not give the amount of sides in which was ordered. Missing about 1/3 of Mac and cheese and the fries from the combo are... something that would come in a kids meal. There are many tables within the store that are gross and there is food laying on thefloor. Had my son do a late evening chicken Sandwich run?. I had never had one, (he loves them). When he came home with them I was... surprised to see one chicken strip on my sandwich with a lot of Mayo and pickles. I asked if this was what it was supposed tobe he said no, it?s not normally like that. Do better Rita ranch Popeyes. I?ve had 2 negative experiences there, the firstbeing really dry chicken strips, almost like jerky and now the sandwich situation. It?s a convenient location, but I thinkfrom now on I?d drive in to town for a better experience. Read more
The special coke machine only offered a few drinks options instead of the many different flavors it's supposed to offer. The... staff were apologetic for the machine not working right. Chicken was hot and as expected from a taste perspective. Table wasdirty despite no one else being restaurant. Read more
