**UPDATE FROM 1 TO 5 STAR** unable to go back in right away as we were out of town, we went back about 4 days later and we're... fortunate enough to get the same manager, Amelia, We explained to her how our experience had been and what the food was like andshe was very sympathetic and empathetic and willing to credit or remake the food with no hassle at all. We definitely recommendthis restaurant as their policy clearly concerns customer satisfaction and their staff represents that. The location is cleanand the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that regardless of the number you call, you are passed on toa call center. When I called, the representative placed me on hold (without asking,) to contact the location in question andnot only never got back to me but disconnected the call. **Original review** Me and my wife order P?Zones online; we each gotextra pepperoni and extra cheese and this is what they look like? This store needs to change signage as well as their information online. The store is NO longer a dine-in establishment. They... have signs on their window saying the dining room is closed due to CovID19 standards. Problem with this is the employee says thestore is now a training store and if I want to sit down go to this other store. The food is cooked well although it took longerthan there estimated time. I can not eat cheese so when we ordered my pizza last night we were sure to say "no cheese" 3 times on the phone. After we... picked up the pizza and got home I opened the box and there was cheese (plus it was some kind of thin crust instead of originalcrust like we asked for). We called and they said they would make it again so we went back to pick up the new pizza and this iswhat I got- completely burnt, so thin, dry and hard as a rock.
