Let me just say the customer service was horrible along with the service in general. As I was ordering the girl kept rolling her... eyes because of what I wanted right in front of me!! Not only that when they gave me my order is was incomplete so they said i?dget another for free. Had the buffet with my son and really enjoyed it they had lots of pizzas to pick from and 3 different kinds of salads the... employees were eager to help and made sure our visit was very enjoyable..Thank you...will defently go again..Thankyou..????????? Read more
Awful experience!! Family had a birthday party @ this location. Bad service from the beginning!! The hostess has no skills.... Pizza arrived 1st! Drinks came 30 minute's after! Reported it to the MOD he too was awful he just lifted his arms up like ohwell!! All he could say was SORRY ???? So that's how our experience was... We will never go back to that location again. It's meh. Generally terrible customer service and essentially all the tables were dirty. The food was surprisingly decent for a... Peter Piper though, so that's a plus. Otherwise.... the other customers are awful. Plethora of punky hoodlums who run over thesmaller kids and even ran into the adults. Read more
Always friendly and willing to accommodate. We got there a little later than we expected and not once did they try to rush us or... tell the kids no more games in no way were we rushed out the door so they could close. We all had a great time thanks guys !!!!! Read more
So disappointed on this location today. Wings were gross, no sauce, and overly cooked. I had to ask for more sauce so they could... taste like actual buffalo wings. The soda machine wasn't working, I had told them but they didn't bother fixing it. The sodawas flat and nasty. Read more
So yesterday after a long day of moving and cleaning all day I decided to order Peter piper pizza due to not having a stove set... up and due to it being so late to cook, we ordered 2 pizzas and wings and regret it all.. they had 1 pizza and had to buyanother one and wait 20 min min you it was already 8:40 pizza was super dry and super cold also our wings were not cleaned rightthey still had hairs and half of them were raw!!! Placed my order online, I went to pick it up about 40 min later and my order was never made, they still wanted me to wait 15 to... 20 min to make my order. While everyone in the kitchen was just standing around talking. There is a pick-up window, that isuseless. Because you still have to go get in line in the ordering area.
