Took my daughter to celebrate her birthday and the cashier failed to explain the difference between the points and time on the... funpass cards.. needless to say I needed to pay for points for the kids to participate on the rides, wish I was told at thecounter when I had order my pizza. This location is HORRIBLE! No soap in bathroom, eye rolls from all the employees. I saw so many customers mistreated. I even... witness an employee yelling and cursing at a customer in front of his family. The pizza is so dry, not enough sauce and so flat.Just all around horrible experience. Read more

It's a Great , safe , family... oriented environment , you can have a kids party, or just go eat Pizza and Have a ice cold drink with family & friends!????????!The customer service is excellent! They have numerous Of games and Rides "New ride coming soon" for the kids! You can get thiscard that you put 5-100$ on and gives you over a million tokens so you can play all day! Till they close!! Got there ordered our pizza and waited and waited watching other people who had gotten there way after us get there food. So we... went up to ask for our money back because we havent received our pizza yet and the manager says oh there right here grabbingsomeone elses pizza. When we sat down to eat one pizza was fresh and the other one was cold like it had been sitting for awhile.This is actually the second time this has happened to me here. Really poor customer service! Last time there for me. Was a horrible experience. Service was the worst. The women's restroom was disgusting!! Feces on the... floors. Totally dirty. Employee walked in, I called her on it. It's always a bit chaotic here, but it's like controlled chaos. The food is always made fresh, and the games usually work. They... now have a brand new ride as well. They are always busy on the weekends so that alone should tell you everything. I've neverbeen disappointed at this location. Read more
