I love this Papa Johns, they always make my pizza and sides just right. So the reason I leave a 3 star review is because they no... longer have a delivery driver, they use a 3rd party like Uber Eats or Door Dash (I do forget which one it was), without tellingyou BEFORE you place the order. I'm 100% uncomfortable having some random 3rd party person deliver my food, rather than someonewho works in this physical facility. The person was 30 to 45 minutes late with my food, thank god it was still hot. It was likethe person was taking actual Door Dash/Uber Eats orders before delivering my pizza, because their little dasher Icon was justsitting in an adjacent neighborhood. The person was texting me they will be here soon at 15 or 20 minutes, but then 15+ morepassed. think the thing that grosses me out the most though, is that well yes the pizza is in a Papa John's Pizza bag the driveruses, they don't tape the boxes closed. So literally this random driver could just get into your food and you don't even know. Iwould be so much more comfortable if there was someone in store delivering my food. Someone with an actual boss, who knows them.Someone who could get in trouble for touching my food. I have an autoimmune disorder, so i cannot be having some random 3rdparty person in charge of my food. I will most likely not be ordering take out from Papa Johns again if they continue using a3rd party driver. Read more

Order pizza over the phone, the person that answered the phone could not pronounce Tucson correctly and was not working at the... location. Plus the pizza is very tough to eat what happened to their good crust? The crust is like you are eating pizza thatbeen left out all day. Read more
Worked with Ken for a long time! Was an awesome delivery driver and amazing employee. Not sure if I was GM at the time of... working with him but he always went above and beyond with prep, opening tasks, and making sure the customer was happy. Alwaysdelivered on a timely manner and the pizza was always hot when he arrived! Great delivery driver! Read more
I had a free pizza on my account and was really upset I had to call to get it placed instead of just doing it through the app.... Kyle was such a great employee when I explained my situation. He was super calm and very helpful! My delivery driver, Janessa,was so friendly! She practiced social distancing and I gave her a big tip! I love Papa John?s pizza and especially this location. The staff is friendly and they look like they enjoy what they do which... says a lot about the company. Last time I was there Kaylynn helped me. Its been over a year since iv eaten Papa John's because it always ends in poor experience, well I Wanted to try there new... stuffed crust pizza only to get it with a huge bubble in the middle leaving it with no cheese in the middle of the pizza!
