Worst service..Not speaking of one or two visits but EVERY time we have gone to this location, Is always a issue gone wrong.... They say they close at 9pm but they should really say they close at 8:00pm. Since they stop everything from food to fountaindrinks at 8pm. When we even go in a early time.they never have white steam rice..etc. The service is POOR and I had my last drawafter todays visit. They placed my order incorrect..Attempted to call and they ignore their calls..They do not answer..and wouldnot allow me to speak with a Manager..They were sarcastic and laughing after I had to go back because they did one of my ordersINCORRECT. All she said was Sorry..After all the drive around and not able to eat their because they were apllying maintnance totheir soda machine..at 8pm..when they close at 9pm..by 8:30 pm they already had the chairs on top of the tables..since I had togo back to correct my order. This location has alot to work from their employees to the service they provide. Read more

Smelling Weird! Pros: My order was freshly cooked. Cons: I ordered the new 5 flavor shrimp before and it was amazing at a... different Panda. However, it smelled weird like it was spoiled at this location. I only had it once before so I couldn'tremember if the smell was supposed to be that offensive or not, so I ate it anyway. Sure enough, I was sick that night with anawful belly ache. Be careful when you order from here. The pain and suffering is not worth it. I should have known something waswrong when my box wasn't fully assembled. Read more
Using polystyrene trays and plastic bowls is so destructive to the environment. Polystyrene trays take 500 to 1000 years to... break down in the environment. This company profits from the destruction of the environment. Boycott. Why don't they usecardboard containers like some other Chinese restaurants have been using for so many years? Read more
