Customer service was horrible, the short girl serving us had attitude and was rude. There was no utensils and no communication... from them. She served a small portion (as you can see in the picture) just so they don't have to cook more. They don't deservemore than minimum wage. Read more
Panda always gets 5 in my book, but I tried the "beyond" orange chicken. Very delicious, couldn't even really tell it wasn't... chicken. The problem was it needed better breading, it just didn't have a sturdy enough layer to give that normal experience.Long story short, sorry Panda, but you lose a star for beyond not providing what you need for your ingredients. Pretty dismal food and I believe that the containers have gotten smaller. I don?t know but the serving size has certainly went... down. This is the closest one to my home but I won?t go there again. Went through the drive through but The food was cool anddry. I drove past a in and out burger that was super busy to get to Panda Express in the same parking lot and there was nobodyin pandas drive thru now I understand why Inflation is out of control and still we have to be disappointed by what we?ve beenserved it seems just crazy to have such lackluster results unless you?ve been planning to go out of business. I would assumethat?s the case as we ate at the Panda Express on six street in Tucson Arizona a month or so ago and had no complaints orissues. As a corporation why don?t you consider closing these terrible stores or would you rather grab the money for a shortperiod of time and just run off. I have a few issues with this location that I never experience with others. Some days I'm told cash only, other days I'm told... card only. Often out of the things I get regularly like Rangoon's, honey walnut shrimp, etc. Also out of the brewed tea oftenand lids for cups so I have to get either smaller or larger size. Sneaky way to upsell. And by the way Panda Express...no onelikes those apple chips. Go back to cookies, or at least update the menu to reflect accurately what comes in the kids meal. What a poor excuse for a manager and a staff ! Went there this afternoon no one in line food looked old and burnt. The employees... were too busy sweeping and playing with the safe rather than to serve someone their disgusting offerings. I called corporatelong hold times. The customers service was horrible. One lady was on her phone ignore my husband and I and the other lady that took our order was... rude and was ignoring us as well. In the middle of our order she turns away from us and completely put our order on hold. I toldmy husband that we should have just went threw a panda drive thru instead of ordering at the mall. They even over charged us andwe didn't get our full order of what we paid for. When we got home to eat our dinner, it was so upsetting. The portions areterrible small, I paid extra for Honey Walnut Ship and I literally got two shrimps. Two!!!!! What a scam!!! We are neverordering from the Panda at Park Place Mall again!!!!! Read more
My chicken was dry not enough teriyaki sauce, no sweet and sour dipping sauce for my 4 spring rolls or cheese puffs. NEVER HAD... SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM PANDA..Maybe it's the store or cook!! Read more
Overall the food was really good and perfectly cooked not burned or dry or raw but the service is something else the cashier... lady Tiguan is a Karen asked me questions very rudely and didn?t even provide utensils nor straws for my food this was not onlyme but for others aswell I noticed when going back for utensils But overall 3.5/ 5 good food bad cashier .
