Won?t be coming here anymore! Every time I crave Panda Express they always let me down when it comes to the taste of the food.... Bland and oily! My plate did not look anything like the picture it contained half of it, I asked why Manager Marcos he can hardly speak English... said is one scoop sorry about that, for years we have been coming here and this is the most horrible experience ever. We driveto this location from Vail and we actually have a location closer but I guess this is my last trip to this one ?? Read more

We had gone to panda while my mom was in town visiting we had a pretty big order and they had to cook some more teriyaki chicken... which is totally understandable. The employees were very nice and fairly fast. Now fast forward to when we get home and aremissing items. We tried to call the store a few times with no luck. It said we had to go online and file a complaint. So we didand didn't get a response so I sent another 10 days have gone by with no hearing about it. Why is it so hard to get acknowledgefor an easy fix problem. Read more

They "shrank the box." We bought 2 Bigger Plates, with 1 side and 3 entrees each. The price has gone up to $10.80 from $8.xx... before. But the portion size has decreased significantly. We first noticed that the main "To-Go" box was much lighter thanexpected. Then we noticed that the actual dimensions of the little box containing the 3rd entrée was also smaller. We normallyenjoyed 2 meals from each Bigger Plate...but we can't do that anymore. Additionally, they don't have their normal pot of sweetand sour anymore...they just offer these packets of preservative-laden artificial sweet and sour that you will NOT want toingest. We made our own sauce at home for the cream cheese rangoons, which were still delicious. Bonus tip: each SMALL order is$2.00 for 3 rangoons, while a LARGE order of 12 costs $8.40. Just get multiples of the small orders to save money. It's notreally this location's fault, it's clearly corporate that is behind these greedy changes. But it's sad. Lots of good memorieswith Panda but we won't be coming back. Not worth the money anymore. Read more

I wouldn?t recommend going here. Food was ok, shrimp was cooked weirdly cuz like, look at the photo. It was all shrunk and it... tasted rather hard. The only thing good was the teriyaki chicken and rice. Im pretty sure the cook was the main manager so maybehe should retrain himself. Cuz I know the side cook was doing a great job. Read more

I have been visiting this location on east 22nd street, Tucson, AZ for years. Today when I got home discovered a bunch of black... burnt something on top of my large teriyaki chicken. It was flaky like the pan had been scraped. I got back in my car and wentback to the store. When I asked for a manager the tall slender woman said she could help me. I said oh you're the manager? Shenodded yes. She had also been the person who handed me my original order. She didn't look at what was in the bag I returned,just said she'd replace it with whatever I wanted. I'm not even sure she understood what my complain was (mask). She served meanother teriyaki chicken which was fresh off the stove and was sitting on the shelf behind the servers. As I was leaving shesaid I could keep the first one too. Lol. I said "uh, no." I got home and guess what I found? More burned chicken! This time insmall pieces throughout. I tried to find contact information to speak to someone in the organization to save them embarrassmentbut couldn't find this online. Will call and ask for it tomorrow. Why am I so upset? Months ago, perhaps 6 months, I found a WADof black hair on top of my food! I was so grossed out. Told myself I'd call the manager in the morning. Never did. Didn't goback for months. Finally tried them again. I think this was my second time back. Disgusted. I gave 2 stars only because therewas a lot of good experiences in the past. Now I know I won't return.
