Came for dine-in, got our food bagged like we were being rushed. Went to use the restroom before leaving and THE BATHROOM WAS... CLOSED A HALF HOUR BEFORE THE RESTAURANT CLOSES. Absolutely inhumane! I don?t know why they?re working to close the restaurantbefore closing time (maybe you don?t pay them enough) but IT IS BEYOND INHUMANE TO HAVE DINE IN WITHOUT A BATHROOM THATS WHY ITIS ILLEGAL. AGAINST THE LAW. Do I need to break out the crayons and simplify it more ? HUMANS HAVE NEEDS AFTER THEY EAT. Nexttime I show up an hour before close I?m wearing a skirt just in case I have to repaint the hallway for you. Read more

Pretty quick drive through. Order was 100% accurate. Staff was a bit pushy to get items once I said we were still deciding she... gave us time. Taste was pretty good.Orange chicken was dry crunchy from being overdone. Everything else was delicious. Read more

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I come atleast once a week. The lady who took my order... didn't complete my order correctly even after repeating myself a couple of times. I got to the window and Marah G was there tocash me out. She asked if I had the Bigger plate and I said yes. I also had an order of the rangoons but I didn't think I had torepeat that because I had double checked with the person who took my order. Once I got my receipt I of course checked it and Iwas missing the order of rangoons. I told Marah that I had ordered them and her response was very nasty. She said that I shouldhave clarified that to her because she wasn't the one who took my order instead of simply charging me the rangoons I asked for.Once she handed me the rangoons she only gave me two and I don't doubt that that was done out of pettiness. So I sat in my carwaiting for her to come back to the window and once she did, she asked if I needed anything else and I told her that I only gottwo rangoons and that there are usualy three in one order and she gave me the biggest eye roll and the nastiest attitude. Whichtook me by surprise because she messed up and I got no apology for the inconvenience. If I had given a customer at my work placethe experience that Marah gave me today, I would have lost my job. I called the store not long after to speak to the managerAshley to make her aware about Marah's attitude and she apologized and said she would refund me my order and that she would talkto her. I don't think Marah should be working the drive thru with the kind of customer service she's giving out. I will not bereturning to this location. Read more

My wife and I went in today and had lunch. I was very impressed with how professional and courteous all the staff were even... under so much pressure. The food was really fresh. I even told the manager I was impressed with the good service. Read more

Very busy store! Lot's of activity going on, not very well run, they ran out of teriyaki chicken, had to wait 15 minutes before... my order was completed. Better planning in the kitchen is needed to keep up with the volumen they sell..food was good!???? Read more

Right off the bat no one was really paying attention when I ordered. Got to the window, messed my order up. Once they realized... their mistake, they got upset. We fixed it and I received my order, it was missing a side. Before leaving, I asked the cashierfor sweet & sour sauce to which she very rudly replied "I don't have any". They completely forgot the teriyaki sauce for mychicken teriyaki. Terrible experience, do not come here. Read more
