Employees are incompetent I will served under the fill line on the bowl and even with the rice and orange chicken it still... wasn't full when I asked for fresher chicken I was refused because it was during a rush my cashier was Coco she didn't reallyseem like she knew what she was doing she was struggling no other employees were trying to help her when I asked for the fresherchicken they told me no because it was busy and that's all they do for the Bulls my bowl wasn't even filled to the fill line.The manager Alex refused to help me was rude standoffish. Definitely seems like this location could use more friendly employeesthat actually want to work the cashier seem like she didn't want to be there and was struggling and didn't even care to tryharder and the manager didn't care to try and fix his incompetent employees mistakes. I love coming to the mall location the food always fresh and enjoyable!! So delicious.
Horrible service, well a joke, I called to check service hours and menu items. Everything was fine UNTIL me and my fam got... there. I checked the time before start heading to get some food, when I got there huge surprise, everything was a LIE, one hourleft to close, employee got completely EMPTY the, when I spoke with the employee she told me we are getting ready to close.Check the hours again and it was 10:00 pm , when I asked how long for fresh food they started laughing at me and say? we are notmaking new food? see that?
