Bought a cake for one of my daughters birthday. Chocolate chocolate chip. I'm not a chocolate cake fan, but this cake was... heaven. Easy online ordering. A little pricey, but worth the cake or buntini's. This store is our "go to" for cakes for anyoccasion! ????????they also carry cards, candles, plates, napkins, utensils and gift items. My son was killed 3 years ago in June and he has a Birthday in August and he loved the nothing Bunt Cake's, I make it a point to... get some for his Birthday every year. So I went to the one on Broadway here in Tucson and it was about 5:20pm. I had a fewquestions and I have to say that the girls working there were very rude and pushy. I also spent about $40.00 and they didn'teven ask if I wanted any ribbons or special wrapping or even asked if it was a special occasion. It will be the last time I goto the Broadway store I'll drive across town if I have to.. I suggest that you get some new employees. Read more
Nothing Bundt Cakes is nothing but delicious. It?s a small shop but they must have a lot of cupcake ?elves? in the back because... they can fill a lot of orders in a short amount of time. I've never had a bad experience with this company; the cakes are delicious! But the staff at the Broadway location in Tucson are... exceptionally cheerful, kind and super fast! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nothing Bundt Cake in Tucson, Arizona. Of course I had to go there to celebrate my... daughter-in-law's birthday. The staff is warm and welcoming. Nothing Bundt Cake is my first choice for birthdays or a pick me upsweet treat. I highly recommend stopping by! PS - this was my daughter-in-law's first one, and she absolutely loved it. ?? I ordered a marble Bundt cake for my friend?s birthday. When we cut the cake later that day, it was chocolate chip instead of... marble. It was embarrassing because my friend hates chocolate chips. Also, the frosting was too sweet that we ended up throwingit out. I called the bakery the next day and they offered me to go and get a marble cake but why do I need a birthday cake afterthe party? I asked them to refund me and she said that she is going to check that with her boss and give me a callback but shenever called me back. Update: A few days later, the owner/operator contacted me via email and refunded my cake purchase. Read more
Cakes are so good. However I can rarely make it in to purchase. I drove across town today bc I had a craving. They were closed... before 6pm and only open one weekend day. Doesn?t make sense to not be open when people who work full work weeks are off. Seemslike a missed business opportunity. Read more
