Fly in food when I opened to go box, young girl at counter very unfriendly didn't say hi when she eventually turned around to... counter . She had a big bothered attitude and why should I help you . No one has ever gotten an or wrong until Jackie took my order. I called and told her she got part of my order wrong and that I... will be in later to pick the correct part of the order when it stops raining. I expressed the business should make it right forher mistake and inconvenience and she said she couldn?t. I asked for the managers name and she said she didn?t know the managersname. When I opened the rest of my order I saw she got the whole order wrong and called back to let her know. She said, ?oh atfirst it was just the beans and now it?s the whole order? and then hung up on me. I had to drive back to Nicos on Campbell andtell Jackie to correct the order and that I didn?t appreciate how rude she was with the paying customer. She rolled her eyesand said, ?why are you here to make trouble?. Right, me the paying customer was there to make trouble because the employee istoo incompetent to customers orders correct the first time. On my way out Jackie said laughing ?look at you going out into therain?. At that point I had it with this woman?s bad attitude and told her to refund my money. She said, you?ll have to wait andtook her sweet time about it. Jackie did not do anything to diffuse the customer being upset from her mistake and theinconvenience of having to drive back there, but instead let the situation out escalate. Read more

Good portion sizes and lots of flavorful tender meat. I also like their red sauce, it's very aromatic with just enough heat and... less onions than most which is important to me because of a sensitivity. My only complaint is that they don't have cilantro!What mexican restaurant doesn't have cilantro? Read more
This is the first time and last I come here I guess. I got a Carne Azada burrito and it dirás not have flavor whatsoever. Also... I got this nasty chips with guacamole and it isn?t real guacamole with not salt or any flavor either?.???????????? Read more
Never had a problem here but when your prices go higher, you should at least leave food the same. Ordered taquitos and I might... as well have just received rice,beans and tortillas. So much tortilla wrapped around a tiny piece of meat. Tortilla in themiddle wasn't even hot since it's too thick for the oil to get to it. Read more
Super nachos were very pricey at over $14. Barely any chips included. It was bland. Cold. Carne asada had no flavor. Won't be... returning ever again! Idk how nachos can go so wrong..Sad really. This location is awful. I love Nicos, but not here. Take yourmoney to a different one. Read more
