Don?t apply here the owner is judge mental and doesn?t know what she?s doing. Rather spend her days at Pilates. Having teenagers... running her business with absolutely no morale. No wonder she isn?t looking to expand. Just sitting with her two 3 starlocations. Good luck lady ;) Read more

If you didn't know, it's against U.S. federal law for anyone to refuse to accept any legal U.S. tender such as cash. This... business in Tucson Arizona in La Encantada is refusing to accept any cash at all including exact change WHICH I HAD and of whichit says on the sign posted on their door is accepted and yet the employee Omar who was working the register told me that theyare not accepting any kind of cash at all. I told the clerk that he was commiting a crime by enforcing the owners "policy" and Ireported this business to the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona State Fair Trade Commission. Read more

(EDIT I arrived at 11:18 AM and am still here waiting for my order now that it is 11:44 AM) Came to pick up an online order. ... They claimed their tablet was down and asked to see the order on my device. Then she was supposed to fix the order that I waspicking up but instead she stopped preparing my order to make new orders for customers that came in after me. Got verydefensive when I asked, calmly, if this is what she was doing and justified it by saying that it only now printed out eventhough she saw it on my phone. Continues to take other customers ahead of me instead of making my order. The woman working thecounter made excuses and claims that was the only her 2nd day working here and does not seem to understand the concept ofpreparing the orders that come in for the customers who are already waiting rather than taking new orders and serving those newpeople that arrived later. I have already been waiting 19 minutes and she hasn't even started on my order even though there wasnobody here when I arrived and several people came in after me. I am a disabled man, The other customers that came in after mewere all women and I am wondering if this is a gender biased thing or due to my being disabled and using a mobility aid. I havenot yelled at her or been in any way rude, So her decision to not prepare my order Is very strange. Read more
