Order via the door dash app and set it for 604 pick up time. Came at 550 and my food was packaged on the counter...meaning it... would of sat there for 15 mins before I got there. Once there it took 10 mins to get the single serves attention, once gettingto my car I decide to check my order snd find that a salad is missing and the fries are super soggy. I went i and asked for newfries and my missing salad, finally left with my order and cold cheesesteak at like 630. Still I give it 4 stars cause mycheesesteak was amazing once I warmed it up and toasted it a bit in the pan. Read more

We were only looking for a good cheese steak & found paradise. The food was delish & they even gave us pasta & garlic bread to... try. Everything was soooo good. The ONLY thing I'd tell them, is a tad less salt in the veggie mixture, but the taste was STILLsuperb. The cheese steak was huge & had a really good amount of thin cut meat, like I like. Was having vehicle work done. Took a walk found Nates. Wow the food was soooo good. I had a chicken philly, Was 1of the best... sandwiches ever. If you haven't been there give it a try. You'll go back again and again.Thank you Nates for great food and thebest service. See you soon! Read more
