The food is good but the waitresses are horrible. The waitresses we had threw the straw on the table. When she delivered the... food we said thank you and she just walked away. The last three times we have gone all three waitresses did that. I came here a lot growing up and the service used to be really great. Now... not so much. On the last two occasions I’ve had... to wait 40+ minutes for our food. On the third and last chance I gave them, we were seated after a 30 min wait and waited about15 minutes for someone to notice us and take our drink order, Or let us know the wait will be long, at least. We were completelyignored as if we were invisible. Unfortunately, we just got up and left and nobody even noticed. I’ve tried to be patient andgave them plenty of chances. the waitress never checked on us. i needed spoon to feed my 6 month old son. my eggs got cold bc i was waiting on the spoon.... tried to wave her down & she just looked at us then went the other way. we could’ve just gotten up and left without paying,that’s how inattentive she was. we got up and went to the counter to pay and let the hostess know how awful the experience wasand she just said “so do you have any discounts you’d like to use” not an apology or anything. i’d been going to mobysfor at least 15 years and it had been a while since i’ve been. now i know why i haven’t gone back. but i get it, awfulservice for awful food. At Casino del Sol there are lots of dinner options, but getting a simple good breakfast can be a challenge. Moby’s is a great... option. Lots of breakfast options from light to heavy, and if you are really late to the table, just go straight to theburgers! Gustavo was a great server! Reasonable prices. 1st time here and it was alright, nothing exceptional but it will get the job done. I will say that the wild berry compote was... pretty yummy, would definitely have the waffle again. We had a wait to be seated because they were fairly busy and it was hardto get the waitresses attention but once we got it, she was delightful and attentive. I'd go back. Read more
the service was absolutely horrible. for a 4 star casino, i was expecting food that was enjoyable. instead you get solid cheese... with your nachos, pretzel bites, and whatever else youd order. if you want wings, they come with a complementary piece of hair.do you want water? well too bad because the waiters won’t ask if you would like a refill.
