Slow during rushes, new people should not be put in front of store or do the drive thru during these hours, don't throw them... under the bus! Train them during slower hours and be with them so they learn the best from you managers! Read more
This particular McDonald's has staffing issues galore, no surprise with how rude they treat their staff and customers. . I've... gotten cold food, under cooked hamburgers, under cooked fries, no Oreos in my Oreo mcflurry, the dining room is always closedearly, the software that connects to the app is "down" half the time, the prices are jacked sky high because of the couponsoffered in the app.... The entire staff is annoyed by every drive thru order, wait times range from 5 mjn to 25 min, without somuch as a heads up, or a touch back saying it's being prepared or were short handed or something. I'd I didn't live right byhere, I'd boycott it for life I get the $1 Large Fry and $1 Large Soda and it's been a real struggle to Mesa it up, but theytry..... Read more
They double-charged me, said they couldn't refund me, and told me I had to get a refund by calling a number from their app. I... called the number and they told me they couldn't help because they're corporate and I needed to get in touch with the franchise(they gave me the run around). They don?t allow backpacks in the washrooms and there were no mirrors making it hard to put on sunscreen but maybe there?s a... reason for it. There should have been more than two people working the front area. My chicken sandwich was not the deluxe kindthat came with the coupon. But fries were fresh and the iced tea was great. Read more

I first went thru drive thru and the service was great! A short-time later my daughter arrived and we went in with the 4 kids. ... The service was better! The food was great too! Prepared perfectly hot and fresh. Latisha was amazing too. I appreciate thecashier (with pretty 2 toned blue & ?? hair.[immsorry i forgot your name) too. She was so friendly and helpful and patienttaking our big (and complicated ) order. She paid attention to detail! Im so impressed! The store was very clean as well asthe restrooms. The even let my grandkids 3, 4 and 6 yrs old use the restroom prior to ordering (unlike another place we hadvisited not to long ago) To the entire staff I thank you for a pleasant visit! ???? Not at this location often but they did pretty well getting things ready when I came by. Expected McDonald's food prepared... correctly. Drive thru did ok. The location is a little more challenging to enter and exit. Read more
