Came here tonight around 9:30. Costumer service is totally trash from window 1 who took our payment. The amount of fries I got... was a joke. The buns on my sandwich was so flat. Looks like they sat on it. I got pictures. Never again. Read more

Howdy Y'all, The food is good - but not exceptional. The self service kiosks are SLOW ... To the point that it often seemed... frozen. The atmosphere ... Isn't. It's the most generic place I have ever seen. You would never know you were in a McDonald's... The staff, tho, were wonderfully friendly & helpful. Really nice folks. Just wanted a burger. Ordered on the kiosk. Wouldn't take my card. Tried to pay act the counter but there was some sort of issue... that was going to take "a few minutes" to correct. Not having "a few minutes," I just told them to cancel the order. Read more

For 3 weeks I can't fill my own drink cause of remodel but seeing as there are multiple construction sites I come in to cool... down and have to wait 15 mins after I order before I can hydrate. I find this in poor preparation to service and poorlycoordinated by managers and staff. Read more
