Well normally I don't write bad reviews on places. I am going to have to write this review though. I happen to know Leanne the... Franchise Owner and if you ever get an opportunity to meet her, take it as a very true honor. She is a true business woman. Iwent to the drive-thru and I asked for two Sundays in McFlurry cups. They insisted that they do not do this and they would notdo this. Then I told them that I would like two plain McFlurries with Sunday sauce on top. The employee said, "okay so youinsist to have two Sundays inside of a McFlurry cup however you get it, that's fine we're going to have to charge you forMcFlurries since it will be more ice-cream." I replied, "that's fine." I then get both of my McFlurries they didn't ask me whattype of Sunday sauce I wanted so they both turn out to be the opposite of what I was going to order, they both turned out to beblended just like a McFlurry and that made them both like milkshakes and not only that they put a ton of Sunday sauce on there.I asked for a Sunday inside of a McFlurry cup and ended up with slushy and melted ice-cream full of Sunday sauce. Just be veryvery particular with what you say because what you ask for is not always what you will get. I should have told them that I wantit to be just like a Sunday with regular ice cream and sauce on top, not blending like a McFlurry, however I did not expect theSundays to be blended. I normally don't eat ice cream or any sweets so I really don't want another one. I would take a meal inexchange. Very disappointing. I take this as a lesson learned and don't order anything custom unless it's a, I don't wantsomething on my food or I do. For the first time ever I wish 0 stars was an option!!! The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had two orders that I... placed myself from their kiosk and when I didn't receive one of them and tried to ask for it I was told it had been givenalready and I was standing there the whole time with my receipt in my hand! Then when he finally got my order it was tossedacross the counter at me. Will never return! I spent 30 bucks and even though that barely buys u 2 happy meals and anadditional meal number it's still my money that I will take elsewhere!! Read more
Normally I have a great time at this McDonald?s. No issues. But today I waited almost 30 minutes for her two drinks. Then I... went inside after waiting 30 minutes in the park drive-through and ask them about it. They then took an additional 10 minutes toget my drinks. As well I?m not sure if it was the manager but a lady wearing glasses and a all black shirt, asked me what doyou need help with. I tried to explain to her the situation and she said ok but and then walked off. Not even trying to listen,then I had waited an additional five minutes to bring up my drinks. Normally I don?t write reviews but this was extremelyunprofessional. As well very disappointing as I love going through this McDonald?s. So I just would like to ask for them to dobetter in the future. Normally they?re not bad but tonight was disappointing and I wanted to explain him case anyone else whoseems to have issues. Mcdonald's has always been the place to go for a fast food trip. Their new bundle that has 2 big Mac's and 2x 10 piece nuggets... and 2 medium frise is the best deal right now. Feeds the family for about 30$ bucks. This mcdonald's is not bad and staff ishelpful.. It was clean and looks better than other locations. Added a large drink and it was lunch time. Read more
