This is the worst McDonald's in Tucson, went thru drive thru & was asked to pull ahead waited 7 minutes in car & ultimately had... to go inside to get my order. Shake melted during that time. Heads up... if I wanted to come inside, I wouldn't have used thedrive thru, besides a melted shake & 7 minute wait is NOT acceptable nor is it fast food! Read more
Got a 20 piece and they tasted like dog food and we?re dry like they sat there for awhile. I called and the employee said they... drop them fresh and I don?t believe him one bit. He offered me a 20 piece for a future visit, but I was not satisfied with thatanswer. Why would I want to get those nuggets again? Terrible, terrible. It seems that every time I come to this one, I?m forced to interact with a particular wild-eyed employee, Roman, who seems to... take pleasure in jerking customers around. Between treating customers like cattle and his whirlwind of hands, like littleblenders moving around the inside of the bags touching everything, he can?t seem to produce a coherent thought. Staring deeplyinto his bloodshot eyes, I realize he has no idea what he just handed me, and once again, it is the wrong order. The folks at this location were so great, especially ROMAN! Hes really making a difference. I'm not a fan of McDonald's,... because of the poor service. They would Never give me the correct order and the employees were so rude. Roman has changed myopinion. Hes so nice and my grandson absolutely loves him and is always excited to see him and thinks its so cool that Romanremembers him. After I had to get down and grab my Iced caramel Coffee Late and asked nicely if they had my order ready, this African American... older lady with long braids who I did not catch her name walked towards me from the drive thru window I believed and smashed thereceipt in my face saying ?ITS NOT A FRAPPE?. I did not complained, I just asked where my order was. Very rude woman. Judge foryour itself the kind of coffee she gave me. Very disappointed, I even doubt she spit on my coffee. It was supposed to be an IceCaramel coffee latte. I do hope I can get my coffee right. Read more

Everytime I go to this McDonald?s, there is always and issue. Waited 10 minutes at the drive through menu just to order. Not in... a line, at the actual order screen. Waited another 10 minutes to get my food just for it to be chewy and half the size of thebun. Read more
