I stopped in here because my son had an appointment a couple of blocks from here. I had some work to do and needed to take... advantage of their Wi-Fi. The staff left me be I didn't have to order anything, which was a relief because I have no money. Oneof the hosts that takes care of the dining room ask me if I'd like some water I was so flabbergasted by the offer I immediatelysaid yes. This female displays unprofessional zero compassion as well as fearful behavior how canshe improve this company much less make it any money with his behavior to think that I could be doing business with thislocation of McDonald's when I have two jobs coming up now it's their loss my gane. I spoke to the male manager he agreed toserve me as I agreed to pay for it with my first check as soon as the female manager shared with him she refused me service hedisappeared. I just came through the drive-thru and had an awful experience. An African American gentleman helped me a very skinny guy with a... baby beard. He was very disrespectful and was cussing at me for no reason. A horrible experience never comes here. Nasty servicecan't stand this place. This McDonald?s location is my number one to go place for Coffee. I?ve been coming to this location for about a year now,... weather is iced coffee or warm it never disappoints. Specially with the app deals you can get any size coffee, for $.99 and youcan customize it. Love it! Read more
We stopped by the McDonald's drive thru on our Mommy Daughter day running errands. Our experience was very pleasant! All the... staff who helped us were so happy! From the first drive thru lane we entered in (there are two) We knew our order and gotthrough quickly. There are two windows as well to make the process more efficient. Our order was complete, nothing missing orcold unlike other locations! A great feature was a simple addition of a trash can at the end of the drive thru exit! It wasincredibly convenient. We were able to discard empty juice boxes to make room for our iced beverages. We opted to eat in thecar due to covid however we will definitely be back sometime when on this side of town in the future. Read more
