The staff were doing their best and very friendly, but it took ages to get my food. I ordered the adult Happy Meal and was told... after the long wait that they didn't have it anymore. The ordering machine shouldn't have non-available items. Read more

This place is a ghetto and isn't set up for dine in customers, if you need napkins, gotta make sure you ask for extras or wait... in a slow line again, if you need a bathroom, gotta ask for the code, no lids or straws available, gotta ask someone at thefront. I get the drive thru is priority in fast food, but you still need to attend the building for dine in customers. Seriouslack luster service with mouth breathing workers who drag their heels to complete a request or serve a task. This location isdefinitely the ghetto special ed class no one wants to go around. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in town and if it ever closesit's doors I'd love to see a Wendy's take it's place. Read more

Filthy throughout dining area. A funky odor coming from the drink station... possibly the drain. Strong smell of sewer. Every... table was dirty with crumbles, wrappers, trash. Both Sweet Tea and Unsweetened containers were empty. Trash all stuffed intosmall waste containers on drink station. Large trash bins overfilled. It was Free Double Cheeseburger day on my app. I washungry and in the area so I i popped in. What a filthy location on Oracle and Wetmore. Read more

If I could give less than a star I would. Ordered breakfast. Got the 2 for 4.50 sandwiches and the hash browns made to order.... Today they were not cooked fully, DRENCHED in grease, and absolutely disgusting. Not to mention we ordered three, they only gaveus one and we had to go back inside for the other two. Order a number with an orange juice. The juice was carbonated and my sausage mcmuffin didn't have any meat. Can't go back... because I'm at work. Very disappointed. 2 out of the 3 items we not right. Read more

I am done with this location. We consistently get sent to wait to the left and when we do we get wrong items or missing items.... Today was the final straw. We did not get given it even offered a receipt. Then proceeded to be given our bag and thankfullythe lady stuck around to confirm we had everything which turns out we didn't. She went to check, the system showed we only gotcharged for part of the order. Had the manager come out and showed them the charge on the bank that totaled the whole orderdespite them insisting that not only was it not like that on the system but that now it was 10:30 so the breakfast was over.Like, what. We ordered before and we're going back and forth. Ingredients don't magically disappear or get locked? So much backand forth and reconfirming. Other staff came out also confused about what order went to who. I felt bad for a different ladythat was looking around and walked back and forth the sidewalk with the same items for minutes. And this happens often. If youcan't keep the orders straight, don't send people off to wait. It just causes chaos each time we go. So things that may fixthis? - Ensure the golden standard of a receipt and if one isn't given maybe don't push back on the failings of your staff -Don't immediately push people to go off to the waiting lane if it just makes it worse when they could probably just wait aminute or two and in turn preventing further headaches that actually prolong the process - just better training. Not only do they forget items when they bring them out to you for your mobile order but they are very rude and handy stuff to... you as well as throwing your stuff in your car wouldn't suggest going to this place Read more

The people seemed nice, which is why they got 2 stars. I however am extremely unhappy with this order. The drive thru had a... weird odor coming out of both windows. Guy was too busying talking to look at me when handing reciept and debit card back. Propson the no look pass though. The large fry was only half filled and fries were still raw, limp, and covered in oil. The burgerwas cooked but looks like they are cutting back on onions, lettuce, ketchup and mustard. Will be throwing this away and orderingfrom somewhere else. Thanks for the disappointment. Read more
