Accuracy is overall pretty good. Freshness has been 8/10. Staff is friendly and usually always greets my dogs! Only thing I... don?t care for is the parking lot and you have to pull around and wait for food kind of frequently. Parking lot is very crammedand so many entry/exit points so it can be hectic. McDonald's is McDonald's. I usually go to this one since it's closest to home but it is always great service and I've never had... an issue with my orders. Plus who doesn't love a scenic dinosaur with their nuggets? Lol Read more

I love that I could use their app to submit and pay for my order and sit in one of the numbered pickup spots for my food. It was... very easy and more relaxing than walking inside or having to endure the heat while you deal with the drive thru. The food washot, the fries were great (thankfully). I was a little disturbed by the chicken nuggets though, they seemed noticeably thinnerthan the last time. Overall, it wasn't bad but not great either. In other words, it was McDonald's. Went to this location today to get some breakfast for me and my child who is diabetic. I had a wonderful experience when I asked... Luis for the nutritional facts he went above and beyond to make sure that I had it so that I could properly dose my child withinsulin for the shake that she ordered. I do appreciate his extra effort. Most people give me attitude when I ask and seemirritated and he seemed very pleasant and willing to find it. No one knows how much extra stress it is trying to figure out thecarbs on food items when you have a diabetic child I really do appreciate Luis?s help. Read more
The staff here is very friendly. That said the staff needs to work on maintaining the tables and booths. There was food and... trash all over the floor. Particularly in the play area. Had to wipe down my own table before we could eat. The excess trashand dirty tables were covered with flies. There was a young man wiping some tables but he never swept the floor. This is theworst I have ever seen this McDonald?s. I?ll try this location again but if I see that it?s still lacking in cleanliness, I?ll find another McDonald?s. Read more
Very upset with service at this place. First of all the employees that worked on 8/7/22 at 11:30pm at the tanque verde location... with the big dinosaur ALL need more training. The cashier boy didn't know our total then when he figured it out he tried togive us back extra bills but we are honest and gave him back the extra bills and he forgot to give us the receipt. Then at thenext window the girls messed up the order and gave us attitude. Finally we get our order corrected and the fries were very old,cold, hard we couldn't even eat them. The burgers were cold and the buns were hard. We paid 34 dollars for that. Nothing wasfresh or made at time of order. No thank you we will never eat there again. NEVER. Your kids need to be re-trained so thisdoesn't happen to other people. Read more
Typical McDonalds both the cashier and young man who gave me my food wished me a good day. Neither of them smiled or made eye... contact. Food wasn't cold but was sloppy, and under this owner who owns a majority of the stores in town the prices have gone upat least once a month for the last year. I recommend eating at a location not owned by Paul Dias you will probably save at least5 to 10 dollars depending on what your buying. Read more
