This location has one of the best play places now that they are back open and we usually never have any issues with staff. It is... a very busy location due to being right off the main drag (Valencia) They always have a lot of staff and most are veryfriendly. You get those occasional people who aren't happy. But that's customer service I know how that goes. The restaurantcan get messy fast due to kids and homeless people or just the regular sloppy customers. Read more
The employees and managers got mad because I was making 2 orders so put literally 5 French fries in my son happy meal that was... supposed be double fries. They slammed the window on us and would not open it when I sat there trying tell them and they clearlycould see me and would not help us. The 10 cars behind us had to suffer too because they would not come to the window. My sonand my autistic nephew were so traumatized. Read more

One of the managers Kiana. She was very rude when I asked for sauce do my burritos. And asked about the sodas because I'm a... diabetic and can't drink regular soda. Then I went inside for sauce even said I'd pay and the front counter person wasexceptional. She apologized for the manager and got me a few more sauces. As she's helping me the manager and some other managerI believe was talking about about me literally 5 feet away. Read more
Drive thru service is never prepared and completes your order in a timely manner. Always told to pull around to the curbside to... complete the order. I did not choose curbside as my pickup option, there was a reason why people choose drive thru for quick andconvenient service. The last order took 20 minutes because I was told my medium fries were not ready, as always asked to pullaround to the front of the building and a employee will bring it to you. This is Drive thru service and not curbside. I normallydeal with it however this last experience was not acceptable, I never received an apology for the wait. I have never had any issues here. The employees are always very friendly, my food/drinks have always been correct. The drive... thru line is always super fast. They are very efficient, accurate, and respectful. I even came in once during a rush and theyall handled it very well and stayed pleasant. They all do an amazing job! Read more
I ordered using their self serve screen, which was convenient. The place looked clean enough and was not overly crowded. The... Drive through line was wrapped around the building, which is why I went inside. The staff seemed friendly enough and certainlybusy. I like that they have a display that shows which orders are ready vs which are still being prepared. The food was fine,nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. The only reason I dropped a star was because my breakfast sandwiches were notwrapped with care. I added a picture of how my sandwich came out of the bag. It looks like it's been opened and ready to eat butthat is how it came out of the bag. I was watching staff so I knew that it hadn't been dropped or anything unusual which is theonly reason I still ate it and is why I only dropped it one star. They were likely in a hurry and just didn't take time to wrapit correctly, but I doubt it was intentional. That said it is important to take time to make sure the food is properly wrappedand packed as it can absolutely impact the experience and impression of the quality. Read more
Great food and good service. The only thing I would say that needs to be addressed would be the high school kids that take over... the place after school releases. I take my kid there's to eat and play, but there were about 20 to 30 teens hanging out talkingyelling and charging their phones. Read more
