Absolute garbage, I use to love McDonald?s but now they?re raising the prices, the workers are bad at their jobs, they always... get custom orders wrong, and the food is always undercooked or overcooked. I order a two cheeseburger meal with plaincheeseburgers, one of them was plain but it was bent like they dropped it and the cheese wasn?t cooked, the other had everythingon it and the cheese wasn?t cooked. I am a loyal customer and was very disappointed with my breakfast this morning. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and egg... mcmuffin. I got sausage instead of bacon and the biscuit was hard so I couldn't eat it. At least I had the other sandwich. Theydidn't even give me a receipt so I had to write a review here. Very unhappy! There was what looked to be 3 kiosk stations set up to order your food with a few people standing around them. It looked like... only 1 person was actually using one of them but it was hard to tell. After standing there for about 2 minutes and having 2employees look at me and not saying a word or offering any sort of assistance, I walked out. I don't know if they even had away to take orders at the tiny counter they had, but the common courtesy of a "Hello" or "I'll be right with you. " wasn't evenpresent. One of the keys to being in the food service industry is customer service and there was absolutely none at thislocation. Read more
For the 3rd straight time, I received the wrong order. The last 2 times I was asked to pull out of line as there was a wait... on chicken nuggets. When I called to complain the call taker said, "yeah, sorry about that". Which makes everything allright. The employees really don't seem to care. Avoid this place! Food was over cooked or old that my 4 year old couldn?t eat it because it was to hard.
I took my kids to eat breakfast and play for a little bit. When we got to the play area all of the tables were dirty and the... floor was filthy. There are dead bugs all over the floor which makes me hate to think what the kitchen looks like. We came intothe dining area after they played and it was the same in there. Not impressed at all.
