Tried to go here TWICE. Two Tuesdays in a row, I was about to start 13 hour clinical days and wanted to eat before hand. First... Tuesday I went I was told they had no food. So I just got coffee, when I asked why they had no food she?s says ?well we havefood just one grill right now? I didn?t even know what to say. So you?re just lazy and don?t want to cook the food?? The secondTuesday I went, their system wasn?t working so again could get no food. I will NEVER go to THIS McDonald?s again. Great breakfast. For lunch though you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO order something obscure for them to actually cook it to order. Even... then they will likely reopen a burger they made an hour ago and add your changes like sauce etc and haphazardly re wrap it andgive it to you. Pretty gross. Read more
We stopped at this location so the kids could play in the kids area. I was very pleased to see how clean it was. I stopped one... of the staff to ask a question, they were pleasant, answered my question and offered suggestions. Very glad we stopped there. Read more
There were only 2 other people inside. After waiting 15 min, I went up front to ask why it was taking so long. I was told that... they accidentally gave our order to someone else and that our food would be out soon. It took 7 more minutes (22 min total) toget our food. No apologies and the food was actually barely warm. Terrible service Read more
Used mobile app to order. Parked to wait for my sandwich and fries. Waited 20 minutes until I went in to find out what was going... on. They gave my order to someone else and I asked for a refund instead. Was informed that they don?t do refunds. Since when isthat a company policy? The woman manager was trying to find out what happened to the food instead of just making it so I didn?thave to wait any longer than I already have. I told her it doesn?t matter where it went as it didn?t come to me and I?ve waitedlong enough. She told me it mattered to her to find out where they went wrong but that could have been done after I was takencare of. Priorities should be reevaluated. Making customers wait while they figure out who did what wrong seems to be a terriblebusiness model and even worse customer service. And not giving refunds? How is that legal? Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no salt, only onion, fries, and a 10 piece nugget. The burger came with no onion, with... mustard ketchup and pickle. The nuggets were cold and hard, clearly had been sitting out for at least an hour. The fries werehalf fresh half cold and soggy. It took them over 20 minutes to remake the burger and we just got a refund for the nuggets. Themanager just made excuses to us and the three other people who had complaints as well. She was running around like a chickenwith her head cut off. Every other employee we saw looked like they just hit puberty and were deer in the headlights. Read more
