Yesterday, I had McDonald's for lunch. I ordered through the online app and picked up through the drive thru. I asked for... ketchup at the speaker, verified with the first window and requested at the second. She had me pull over so they could finish upmy order. When they brought my food out, there was no ketchup. This has happened multiple times. Another time, I had ordered abunless burger, they messed up my burger and redid it and put it in the same plastic container full of grease all over thecontainer and a messy bunless burger. They couldn't do any about it because the manager was not there and said I could go backin the evening and speak to a manager. Read more
Very rude customer service. I went to get $6 nuggets as I didn't have more money, after ordering I was asked if I wanna donate... to something, I kindly refused and then I was being shouted at through the drive thru, he was way younger than me probably inhis 20s and was shouting at me how not cool is that. I kindly told him thank you for being kind as you don't know why I can notdonate and I just left without having food. Read more
I wanted to write review for this McDonald's in particular due to the fact their fries are always fresh. Not every McDonald's... seems to operate this way but I can appreciate that every time I've come through the drive through and purchased fries they arenot cold or old. Read more
It took 5 min on a cash register to place a 3 positions order. The food was terrible and all went to a trash bin. The tray was... wet. And they forgot to put the sauce. I didn't ask for a refund because it looks like they hire inclusive people and I highlysupport it. Take into account their prices just now: - a double cheeseburger (2 extremely thin - near 2 mm - beef patties,just 3 pickles slices, teaspoon of ketchup, old tasteless bun); - medium fries (overdried and barely warm); - small coffee. This is my 3rd visit and it always seems unorganized. People are waiting on their orders longer in drive thru parked, than it... took to get 2 fresh spicy sandwiches inside. Crew mainly standing around. Food is good when fresh. I'd follow up with yourmanagement team... Read more
Went to this location for breakfast 5/22 at around 0615, not long after opening. I placed my order, only one other car in line.... I ordered a hotcakes and sausage, hash brown, big breakfast, drinks, and done. Got to the window, paid, was given my drinks andasked to move around to the front as they were working the order. I thought this odd as there was nobody inside or in thedrivethru. I drove around and waited another 5 minutes. When I got home, I was missing a hash brown, and both sausage pattieswere burned on one side, see picture. This is not the first of many issues with this location. I won't be coming back. Read more
