1st time ordering on Kiosk inside restaurant at Campbell & Ft. Lowell. Kinda had to figure it out myself as nobody seemed to... notice me at the counter waiting to simply ask a question about the 4 digit code I had to enter BEFORE I ordered to get RewardPoints. However, food was hot - including the fries! Shocked me since the last 5 to 8 times I have ordered from fast food/drivethru businesses my French fries have been Cold ????. This McDonald's restaurant was clean and I had no wait time. However,Ineeded 2 orders and when I placed my 2nd order (.50 cent deal) the gentleman associate was friendly, nice, patient,knowledgeable and allowed me to donate my monies, the 54 cents, to charity. Ok now?. Best motha Fn time I?ve ever had at Mc Ds. Alexis was a damn saint. I don?t even mess with McDonald?s like that. I feel... like I went back in time. Back to a simpler time. A time full of optimism, bootleg DVDs and Tall Ts. Shoutout to the plug Ronaldfor hiring that Angel disguised as Alexis. If they ever fire her I?ll never go to any McDonald?s nationwide ever again. 32stars. Read more

This McDonald?s after 1am is ran by the laziest manager there is. She literally turns you down by lying and saying they are only... taking cash n can only make a couple items. Oh and if you plan on picking up a doordash delivery order she will tell you theyalready gave out all the doordash orders and the computer is now off. I am sitting here and just watched 8 people get turnedaway. Absolutely disgusting and don?t know what they are doing in the restaurant when they are turning everyone away Read more

I frequent this restaurant more often than I care to admit. My experience, more often than not, is that I get consistently... fresh, hot food that is correct to my (online) request. The staff is friendly and professional. Realize that if people wantfresh, hot food, getting a freshly made meal in under 10 minutes is astounding of itself. I appreciate the teams who have mademy meals when I've ordered here. I plan on eating here when I'm hungry and want a cheap meal. Read more

The staff at the store were so lazy and wasting their time when one of the staff found out that the takeaway bag was missing. ... He went to get the bag while chatting with other employees, and eight minutes later, she brought it back. She does not have anymobility problems. I don't know what is she doing? Are you lazy? definitely. There was another older employee who was veryrude to me. Her words and deeds are full of racism. I complained that I waited here for a long time. She just said lightly,if you don't want to wait, don't come to our store in the future. I think the customer just needs an apology and everythingwill be fixed, but the behavior of the staff makes the customer completely disgusted with this store. This is completelyavoidable. Read more

Placed a mobile order and picked it up about 10ish minutes ago and this is what the food looked like. The patty was almost rock... hard and it's pretty disgusting that it would even be served. Its clear that this is an OLD patty. Find a different location toget your food from because this is just plain gross. ???????? Read more

Frappe machine is always down, and every time theirs an excuse, they'll be here tomorrow they said, everyday this week, I can't... wait for McDonald's to be a thing of the past, don't you have some sort of franchise standards, you have to follow to keep thedoor open. Oh and the first time they told us it wasn't working was because they had an inspection and it wasn't up to code,real professional to tell customers problems of the restaurant, best way to lose said customers. Beware this location uses expired items. Ordered an egg McMuffin and right away noticed how funky the egg tasted then saw that... there was gray spots in it. Talked to the manager and she was grateful for the input... not enough to get reimbursed but just aslong as nobody else got the same experience is enough for me.???????? Read more
