No frills sort of place. Dine-in or carry-out. The Loco Moco is genuinely Hawai'ian. So, if you've never had a Loco Moco, and... you can't get to HI, stop by Mama's. Ordered a side of Mac salad, but the taste wasn't quite the same as the ones you'll find inHI. Not sure what it was exactly. The side portion is big enough to feed a Poly appetite, though. Read more
I loved the location that used to be on cortaro and Ina! I don't know type of chicken they use now, but it was rubbery and when... you bite into it the texture feels raw... It wasn't! don't get me wrong. Its what I like to call it the Tyson chicken. It couldhave just been that day but I would just do the pulled pork with two scoops of white rice! :) tables where sticky! like if thewax from the tables was coming off. The food is excellent! The cashier that took our order was very friendly and helpful. They also offer Tofu and Fish if you're... not a "meat" eater. Read more

Wow! The food is amazing. Just like the local food spots in Hawaii. They make signature special sauces that are fantastic and... you can even purchase them by the bottle. We had Mama's cater a party a while back and it was a hit! Read more
Found a fairly large bug in my salad after I'd eaten half of it... I noticed one of the leaves looked suspicious and was lucky... I checked before I ate it. Staff was friendly though and everything else was good, but the bug really ruined it, otherwise itwould have been 5 stars. Read more
Eh! We ordered the garden salad, kalibi short ribs, coconut shrimp and for dessert the lemon treat. The salads were very tasty,... the pineapples had a spice. The coconut shrimp were good, I am just not a fan of the coconut flavor. The short ribs tastedamazing with the sauce labeled L. The lemon treat was good, maybe just better cool with a little firmness. Read more
