My first time at this restaurant. Family get together for my oldest grand son's 20th birthday surprise. Seemingly started out... ok. We waited on a few family members for a little bit. I guess waiting for staff to put our tables together. Once seated, wewere informed that we would have two servers..working one side each. Initially we had "reserved" for 15 people. As time wenton, 4 didn't make it. As it turned out, we all ended up with only one server. Not exactly sure what was going on with her onceshe took our orders. She did bring us our drinks and bread loaves and butter which were very good. THAT'S WHERE THE REST OF OUREVENING WENT BAD. Most salads were wrong. Only some of us actually were served our food and what we ordered. I never received myfood until 2 1/2 hours later in a to go container (which I requested) and it wasn't correct. Earlier, we were asked if wewanted more bread (unsolicited by us), we said yes, never got that. Apparently some of our orders were not "sent" via thecomputer. We sat trying to eat what we did have with dirty dishes around, not picked up till we were getting ready to leave. Myson talked to the manager who spent alot of time talking at the bar with patrons. The manager's excuse is that he wasn't awareof the issues were having, he's from California. It's not his store, etc, etc. Instead of getting to the root of the problem, hemade excuses. Quite some time later, my son went back to the manager, who "thought" things had been rectified. He obviouslydidn't follow up. We had a bill of over $300. He wanted to give us 25% discount. My son wasn't having it. The manager finallywent to 50%. Angel, the manager, made more excuses. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right without us havingto continually complain. To this day I still haven't eaten my dinner from there. While I felt bad for the server, if she wasoverwhelmed, she should have asked for help as well as follow up on our orders. Longhorn steak house is always a great choice here in Tucson, their variety is vast and with delicious flavor, they have... different kinds of salads, iced tea, soups, burgers and all with a great service. Waitress very helpful and explaining dishesand suggesting plates. Parking lot pretty clean and organized, proper signage as well handicap section. Mens restrooms needattention, floors pretty dirty and seems like it need a complete detail; you can tell that floors and sinks has been neglectedfor a good period of time, smells okay but it looks dirty. Restaurant overall is clean and good ambiance and service. Tablesdistribution are good, very spacious and clean; this location has a good amount of waitress and waiters, waiting time to beseated is fairly fast, asking for drinks and getting the drinks was very fast. Once we ordered our food we just waited five toseven minutes. Good variety of side dishes and their menu is self explanatory. Waitress came to check on us constantly and verypolite. They have several televisions with different channels like sports of different kinds. I really recommend this restaurantspecifically for their steaks with a great flavor and excellent service. I got the Flo's filet and it was absolutely delicious! Medium done is just the right texture which isn't too raw or well done.... Juicy and flavorful. My husband got the outlaw ribeye medium rare and he said it was excellent! If you like mushrooms then Idefinitely recommend adding them ???? Services and waitress was excellent polite and always checking up. But fried onion still had paper on it steak was really... salty in parts of the meat. Mac n cheese were great salad was perfect just need better food prep before cooking although thenthat I give it a 4 star Read more
We received a gift card for this restaurant and so we went. And now I know why we never went before. I got the burger, which was... good but very salty. Fries regular frozen, nothing special. My husband got the steak sandwich and was very disappointed. 2ndbite in he was pulling gristle from his mouth, which appeared throughout the sandwich making it impossible to eat as a sandwich.Plus we asked the waiter ahead of time what kind of roll it was served on, and whatever he said was wrong, it was toast. Themanager came over to the table and did virtually nothing for us regarding the inedible steak sandwich. No offer of dessert or acomp lunch, or even anything. He said that yes his steaks have a lot of gristle and walked away. Well great. We paid for theentire meal and walked out. Never again! Read more
This place is awesome ????????. Food was Soo good had ribeye and didn't even use any steak sauce.. so juicy.. the employees... service very professional. Nice place to have a wonderful dining Experience. Love it.. Read more
Brought my Mom and daughter out for there Birthday and there steak are savory tender and juicy good quality of food 10/10 there... loaded potato delicious so glad we treated them out to this restaurant. The staff was so attentive and courtius will bedefinitely be coming back. Read more
