Fred is the absolute best!!! idk why it's taken me so long to review this, but hands down the BEST chinese restaurant that I've... ever been to. Their chicken dishes are NOT like the fast chain places, or even the buffets. Everything is hand prepared. Mywife LOVES his mom's hand-picked blended teas. Worst experience ever. First of all for a place that does no refills, my Dr.Pepper came to the table basically half full, the... Dr.Pepper was completely flat, my wife and her cousin's Cherry 7°UP tasted off, I got sweet and sour chicken and the sweet andsour sauce was so watered down it had no flavor left in it, the "crab" puffs had no crab it was just cream cheese and tons ofseasoning, the egg roll was just straight up disgusting, my wife's shrimp fried rice tasted burnt and smoky, my steamed rice wasmostly soggy, my chicken was dry and hard and the Panko was so crunchy I thought I nearly broke a tooth. When my wife went tothe bathroom she noticed they use canned soda and transfer from last can used into next customers soda (explains why it wasflat) never again... Read more

I'm a fan, based on the experience, service and quality... Dishes are a little bit light on the protein, but that's my only... complaint. Otherwise, amazing meal. Service was really good, waiter kept our drinks full without needing to ask; that's a bigone to me. Average sized dishes for a little place like this. Everything came out hot and fresh, tasty as expected. But yeah,when you order something like chicken with black bean sauce, and you hunt for the chicken hidden in the peppers and onions,little bit disappointed. Vegetarians would love this place!
